I have worked with CMI numerous times because they offer the whole package.#1 Kiersti gets me a proposal of approval within hours#2 Neha will send the commitment and easy to follow tick sheet with all required documentation#3 deal gets done with no headachesMy last deal, clients where at the lawyers signing the documents and they realized that the funds might be a bit short for what they needed. All it took was a phone call to Kiersti to have the deal reapproved at a higher amount and instructions resent to lawyer within hours.Amazing work!!!!!

Cmi lending mortgage company is the worst in his kind ,they dont care and the lawyers are cold bloody sharks, they dont care about anyone, they take and destroy family homes no heart in hell,the stress they put me through was not nice at all so before you sign up with guys read the fine print because even what the post and stand for they dont follow it .

Everyone should run from this people. They are thieves and they don’t want to work with you. If you miss a payment or two they would rather sue you then work with you to lower your payments and they don’t care if you have a family and kids at home. As well, they want to take your home away from you…As I said before, run from this company as far as you can. And if you try to call them, they are nowhere to be found and they don’t answer any calls back…
