Messy Jessie Cleaning

I have no idea why she only has 3.8 star reviews. I have used her services for cleaning my home in Barry twice now and both times have been exceptional. She trains her cleaners to pay great attention to detail and doesn't mess around. She's also very sweet and provides excellent customer service. Both cleaners that we've had have been amazing but the last cleaner in particular was so much fun! She was super sweet and did an excellent job while keeping within the timeframe that we discussed. Cleaning is not an easy job and I think people have too high of expectations sometimes. Excellent job ladies. I'll def be using your services again in the future.

Messy Jessie Cleaning, lived up to the name. After a nearly 6 hour cleaning in our townhome that we are about to move into, things were not cleaned properly. Under the bed was not cleaned, front closet was dusty still (not touched), kitchen fridge was not touched, all window sills still had a layer of dust. We asked for the top tier which is not worth what was done.After discussing the matter I was told that dust was still going to settle over the next little bit, which is totally fine. But not 2 minutes after a deep clean is finished. There were also dead bugs inside the window sills after specifically stating we wanted the window sills cleaned.I do not recommend this company at all. Way overpriced for the service and very unprofessional.

Messy Jessie’s team have been amazing not only with cleaning our house but working with us as best as they can through this pandemic, lockdowns, opening up etc. With such uncertainty, it’s been great to know I can depend on their help in my house.Their attention to detail puts mine to shame!

Messy Jessie and her wonderful crew of ladies did an amazing job! They pay proper attention to detail and make sure to get in all the nooks and crannies. I am so happy I found this amazing team of cleaners and would highly recommend!

We used Jessie's today for the first time and wow great job I noticed the second I got home from work great job Tha k you so much everything looks fantastic this will be ongoing!!

The service is great. Responsive and did my house efficiently and cleaning and all surfaces were left sparkling they vacuum and dusted and mopped. I saw them clean and dust the walls. I have used them before and would continue

Paid for premium service. But didn't get good quality service. I have used their services a few times within the past year, end of tenancy to start with, then bi-weekly a few times. End of tenancy was ok. Bi-weekly 3 hours cleaning was done well up until my last cleaning. The kitchen was not done at all. The living room mop was rushed and not finished. I called them and explained that previously everything was completed on time and the apartment was in the same condition as previous times. I suggested the cleaner was maybe not experienced enough. I explained if this was the case, maybe next time they could send someone else otherwise I might have to look elsewhere for cleaning. But they told me I was welcome to go elsewhere. This is extremely poor customer service. The least they could have done is to say they would investigate the situation. Worse experience I have had from a cleaning company. Definitely not recommended.

I paid for a premium service at Friday Harbour, and did not receive a premium clean.The bed sheets don't seem to have been torn down and washed, couch dosnt seem to have been moved and neither did the bed.Not a good experience, won't use this service again.

Jessie has been cleaning my air b n b unit, and I can always rely on her to do a great job! She is reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. I highly recommend her services!
