I’m disappointed in they’re service. I waited too long for them to get back to me with the purchase of my car. After a long wait I was told I was refused when I got excepted at different dealerships that didn’t have the exact model I wanted. They asked for many details and proofs which I sent and no other dealership asked of me. Even after speaking with management I was told I’ll be contacted shortly but never heard from them again. I do not recommend.

We were on are way home to Ontario when on hwy 20 we lost power to our Sorento. We got off the hwy called caa and were towed to this dealership. It was a friday of a long weekend. We do not speak a lot of french but when we arrived a English speaking service rep took care of us right away our car was in with a technician with in 15 minutes of being there. They figured out our issue and had us back on the road in about an hour . awesome people we dealt with thanks again so much for your dedicated service to kia customer s
