Run away...Dishonest business.I ordered 3 things from them last week: a mattress, a bed and a sofa.1) The mattress I ordered was 'coil free mattress' from their website which is about 400 dollars including taxes.The mattress I received was just totally different from the one on the website. Shape and size (Height) were different from website specifications. You can see on the picture the difference between the mattress from their website and the one I received.I exchanged numerous of emails with them to explain there was a mistake but they kept on telling me this is the right mattress. The refused to take it back and refund me (see email communication attached).After a day of trying to get refunded, I finally decided to open the mattress and told them I would give a bad review for their dishonest practices. They suddenly tried to arrange situation and offered a 50 dollars refund...I still did not get a single penny.2) The sofa: very poor quality. Feels more like sitting on a bench. Also, there was a quality issue with some piece screwed upside down that I had to correct myself.3) The bed: they forgot it at first delivery. So they told me it would come the following monday between 12 and 3 PM. I waiting until 5:30 PM before it arrives...All wrong, dishonest and bad quality.Ps: the answer below from beds for less is again full of lies...they removed pics I posted as evidence of their dishonesty and deleted reviews I posted on their website.

This website has great furniture with great prices, however when I made a online purchase and I unfortunately had to cancel due to some personal reasons, I first emailed but no reply right away , they don’t even have a online cancel option right after a purchase is made , as well I called and no answer went straight to voicemail no space even to leave a msg , so I kept calling because you never know if it’s a scam or bad business intentions as it’s my first time using this site , finally after calling a few times it went to one ring and to voice mail than finally I got an answer but it was so rude , “ im in a meeting stop calling me “ so I said I’m sorry but I need to cancel my order ASAP “ oh I did that already “ hangs upI didn’t even get any info on the cancellation on their end ! This is very poor customer service I don’t think I’ll ever feel comfortable to order from here again !

I ordered a sofa set from these guys and it arrived this past Sunday. I am very pleased with what I received. I would recommend them to anyone. Made it easier for getting furniture for my family. Purchased a sectional online. Was hesitant about not seeing it first, the customer service and payment on delivery was amazing. Very prompt and delivered to Muskoka. Will use again and recommend.

Bought a Diane sectional sofa. Wasn't comfortable purchasing it without seeing it/testing it out, so called the head office asking if they had a showroom or warehouse with display models. And yes they do! In Brampton. Just call them and ask about it. Went to their warehouse in Brampton and found a very similar model to the Diane sectional sofa I ended up ordering. When I got the sofa, it felt the exact same as the one I tried out in the warehouse. Couch was delivered in under 24 hours, many options available including cash on delivery. Asked about warranty, the person I spoke to said there are no returns however if anything goes wrong within one year they will ship the piece of your sofa which broke or was defective. As for quality, it seems very good to me. Time will tell for sure. First impressions: not too soft, not too firm. Love the centre headrest folding down into dual cup holders. The ottoman is great as well. The only thing I'd caution for is the backrests. There's a bit of flex when applying weight to them. I'd recommend having this couch being supported against the wall rather than it relying on its own integrity in the centre of a living room. I wouldn't say it's flimsy but for a guy my weight (250lbs) and heavier, it's something to be noted. Overall, paid half what I would have if I went with the morty at the brick and felt more sturdy and supportive than the morty. Also cheaper, faster delivery! Will buy from you guys again and will recommend for sure. 5 stars.

I placed 1 order to purchased furniture for my entire house Hisham was awesome very helpful great service so I placed a second order and purchased for 2 more sets of couches and that order came in 2 days.Hisham keep up the great service.Thank you

AVOID this place at all costs!! Ordered a sectional couch from them with a sliding leg rest. With regular use, the leg broke broke in under 3 weeks and now the part of the couch that’s supposed to slide in and out won’t go back in and the couch is almost unusable. I tried emailing them to solve the issue and was told they would send a replacement leg (which doesn’t really solve the issue anyways) but we were willing to try and see if we could fix it with that part. Well, now we’ll never know because it’s been 7 business days since I’ve messaged them and I’ve given them a day and time I’ll be home to receive the part and no one has gotten back to me and they never showed up. It’s upsetting spending so much money on a piece of furniture for it to break almost immediately. Other than that the couch itself is also uncomfortable and you can feel the foundation poking through when you sit in certain spots.
