Once again a text book example of customer care! We had a meter replacement by Enbridge which was a nightmare of inefficiency. From the 1st visit that determined that another group had to install a modification to the gas standpipe before the new meter could be installed to its installation a week later. Then the install of the meter which resulted in red tags because of a leak which could not be found. All with little or no evidence of customer communications ( a phone call the evening before, an email saying a technician was on his way after he arrived and two guys who left without saying anything). The second lone tech determined that there was a leak and would not turn the gas back on after the meter installation. Enter Total Home Comfort. Natalie told me that she would contact Ivan and within an hour we had Ivan and two other techs checking for leaks and determining that there was no trace of gas leakage. This is ideal customer service that is lacking in so many businesses and what makes this organization stand out beyond others.Many thanks to you all for lowering my anxiety level.
