Received an auto loan with Axis and so far I'm happy with the service provided. Ash did my welcome package over the phone and was so kind and patient with me. I did not have a lot of questions but the ones I did have he was very helpful. I took possession of my used vehicle and realized it has a chip in the windshield. Ash said he would speak to his manager and they would get back to me regarding it. Ash was very pleasant and easy to talk to to and went over everything with me, repeating things when I needed it. Thank you Ash you have made the experience a pleasant one.

I've just gotten a new loan with Axis and have been dealing with Erin Flemming for a number of years now. I am not always the easiest person to deal with and she has always been prompt, patient and cooperative with my issues when things didn't run as smooth as they should on my end. Customer service is dead these days but nice to still see it exist with Erin!

Disgusting customer serviceThese people talk down to me ALL the time. I lost my job and missed a payment, they said not our problem you can't afford your vehicle, find a way. Then I have 3 different people telling me that I owe a certain amount and then another. It's broken telephone. Can't get a professional manager" to call back. Melissa calls tells me on my voicemail that 3 fees are waived on my file then texts me to say 2. Which is it? These people have done nothing but stress me out and harass me for fees I shouldn't have to pay due to their own employees.DO NOT GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY. I REGRET LEAVING MY PREVIOUS LENDER. RUN"

Axis Auto Finance is a wonderful auto financing company. From the very beginning, two years ago, when they gave me my car loan, they have been absolutely fantastic to work with. A couple of days after I purchased my car, a representative from Axis called me to personally welcome me and to explain all the details of my car financing, payments and options for early payback. The payments have come out and exactly the same time every two weeks. I have only had one occasion to contact their customer service and that was due to a mix-up on my end with a payment. Maria at Axis was absolutely tremendous and assisting me and reassuring me that everything was okay. She helped me with making my payment easily and quickly. She was very friendly, kind and reassuring throughout the call and she turned a potentially very stressful situation into one that was quickly resolved without stress. I highly recommend Axis Auto Finance as they have been complete professionals and I have had absolutely zero issues with them in the two years I've been making payments.

This is a finance company for me. My credit is mediocer to say the least. I needed a replacement truck to get going asap. I called the dealership told then what I was looking, they immediately started shopping for me within 2 days they found me a truck in mint shape, worth at least a few thousand more then I paid. They contacted several finance companies, none would touch me without tons of requirements. These guys wanted me to trade in my vehicle I explained I needed my other vehicle and asked them to trust me and they did. I received a beautiful replacement truck with financing and an interest rate I can afford. During this ordeal they contacted me several times to assure the dealership was treating me good as well to assure I was happy with there service. I absolutely am they are a great institution that I will deal with again any day and I will definitely be referring my friends to them. No gimmicks give them a call if you want to know your being treated well above average.
