Jaguar Royal Oak

I had a nightmare dealing with JLR Calgary in February this year and then found out we now have a new Jaguar dealership in the city. Long story short I had a cat issue the check engine light keeps coming back on after JLR Calgary “fixed” for me. I brought the car to Jaguar Royal Oak yesterday to check it out. Turned out to be a failed cat that’s supposed to be covered under warranty. The service advisor Kari and manager Alan are very friendly and knowledgeable, most importantly they are honest. I live in the south part of the city but from going on this is the Jaguar dealership I will stick with!

Very good customer service which is based on transparency, this was the most remarkable quality of the service, especially after a couple of bad experiences at other dealerships. So, if you are looking for transparency, honesty while dealing and a very attentive customer support, this is the place to go. In my case was Bryan Railton who helped me immensely, but I guess his colleagues are great as well.

Kari & Allan were phenomenal in resolving a warranty issue with with my XF- R Sport. They provided me with updates and answered all my questions. In fact, they found a small paint chip, for which they also provided the courtesy of removing.This location will be my primary choice for getting my vehicle serviced. Special thank you to the service team for getting me back on behind the wheel in no time.

Purchased Jag from Jaguar Land Rover Calgary and have had them do all the suggested maintenance for 5 years. Recent experience service rep committed to schedule windshield replacement and failed three times, and did not return our calls. We went to Jaguar Royal Oak and on 1 days’ notice scheduled us in for service and arranged for the windshield replacement. Service rep at Jaguar Land Rover Calgary does not understand customer service – for a $1,000 oil change they should be willing to help out. Jaguar Land Rover Calgary gets and 1 star rating. Jaguar Royal Oak gets a five star rating. Guess where we will be buying our next Jag?

Exceptional customer service!! Exactly what one would expect for a luxury brand. From the minute I contacted the dealership to have service done, the experience was exceptional. My questions were answered promptly, I was able to get my vehicle in quickly for service, pricing was discussed over the phone before coming in. When I arrived at the dealership, I was greeted immediately and taken care of. The service to my vehicle was excellent, it looked brand new when I picked it up. Loaner vehicle was immaculate. Kari in service went above and beyond to help me with documents for my insurance company. She even followed up with something I mentioned in passing, so thank you for paying such close attention. We were previously customers at Jaguar Calgary and had a terrible experience (see other review), so this was refreshing to see such attention paid to us!! Totally worth the 45 minute drive across the city. Even after my service, the owner called me personally to follow up and see if his dealership met our expectations! All I have to say is well done and THANK YOU for valuing our business. We will definitely be back and sharing our positive and wonderful experience. Thank you again.

This was my first visit to this dealership to check out an issue on my 2017 Jaguar XF. Kari McManus and Alan Chung promptly responded to my need and after trying to fix the problem, set up an appointment the next day and even provided me with a loaner vehicle. Both Kari and Alan were very welcoming and helpful. Kari even gave me a tour of the premises. My first response was WOW. This is the most beautiful and spacious showroom I have seen in Calgary and I have seen many.My family have owned both Jaguar and Land Rover and we are very happy with their products.To top it up all, the owner took the time to call me to find out how my experience was. This is service above and beyond and absolutely warrants a five star rating.
