Booked online on a Friday and they were at my place bright and early on Monday as requested. Very professional, efficient and worth the money to get what I needed out of my kitchen so my renovation can get started. Thank you!

The timing was quick, the delivery personnel were very professional and courteous, very refreshing. The phone conversation with the employee involved setting up the appointment was like talking to a robot, no personality at all. I tried to lighten up the conversation but was like talking to a recording. However to be fair, that doesn't seem unusual these days.

They were fantastic! They were on time and super friendly. Quoted us on site for less than we estimated and then packed the truck perfectly to meet the quote. They were crazy fast too. Highly recommend!

They Came out and gave a quote I explained that the apartment was a bit dirty. They said it would be no problem at all so I booked a week later with the thought that everything would be out in time before the end of the month deadline. Then 2 different men came the day of the removal and looked around and said they would not do anything. Then claimed there were bed bugs and walked out the door and left. There have been no signs of bed bugs in 10 years they didn't want to deal with the little bit of dirt that comes from packing up. Then I called the company to complain and I got a call back from the manager and he backed up everything the movers said and issued a hollow apology which did nothing for me because now I'm leaft to scramble and try to figure out something to get everything gone.I can not express my disappointment and anger with this company and I strongly urge you to consider all factors when booking them because this can happen to anyone.

Just Junk took care of a job we really didn’t want to take on - our new house had a crawlspace full of old construction materials left by the previous owners. The guys were friendly, efficient and professional. Got a quote the next day & they came back two days later with a full crew to get it done. Would highly recommend their service!

I had lots of junk, I was aware that it would need two loads. I was quoted for 2 1/2 loads which would not have been an issue except, the way they loaded. They but large things on the bottom instead of putting them on top so they could maximize the space, I have rented a dumping truck from a different company many times, so I am very familiar with the best way to load.The guys are super friendly and quick but the way the load would have taken 4 loads, A price I was not willing to pay.

The booking on-line was very easy to follow. Many time slots available. Confirmation was emailed to me. They called a 1/2 hour ahead to let me know they were coming. They arrived on time. They were courteous and friendly. 5 stars all around!

The professional associates arrived in less than 4 hours of making contact to provide a free estimate. Once accepted they removed our items immediately. One item was a several hundred pound big screen tv from a basement. They were very efficient even with this difficult task. I will not hesitate to use their services again.
