We have been renting through homelife for 3 years now. We have had Victoria the entire time and couldn't be happier. She's always been on time, quick to respond to any questions or problems that may arise, and very fast with solutions. Were so appreciative of how easy she makes everything. Very understanding, and approachable. We hope she never leaves!

Not professional at all. Very rude. Wasn’t there to show my family the rental at the schedule time and didn’t answer until 10 mins later being very unnecessarily rude. After my partner calmly expressed his unprofessionalism letting him know that this is a waste of time to keep others waiting when they’re scheduled at a set time. His reply was yelled back “GOOD LUCK FINDING A RENTAL WITH HOMELIFE REALTY” Extremely rude, not on time and is trying to say my partner yelled at him when he was the one to raise his voice right before hanging up. I feel as though this is a tactic so that he will not look aggressive.

Have texted the property manager for a rental we were interested in 4 times over a period of 4 weeks still no response. Will not recommend or use this company for anything. So very rude.

Would give zero stars if I could! Worst property management company around. It takes months to get a hold of my property manager and/or assistant. Better off finding a rental where you can actually get a hold of the real landlord and not a property manager that simply doesn’t care and only wants money.

I have spent months trying to get Homelife to provide certain strata services that they are paid for. Every email and phone call regarding this matter goes unanswered or straight to voicemail with no follow-up. It's frustrating, unprofessional and I would not recommend their business.

One of the worst company's to rent from in the lower mainland. Rent increases without notice, staff doesn't get back to you. Nothing gets fixed when it breaks. DO NOT RENT OR GET THEM TO MANAGE RENTALS!!
