Awesome. I buy all of my appliances here. Prices are good, and the appliances tend to be in very good shape even though they are refurbished. My washing machine and oven that I purchased here have lasted over 7 years so far. Highly recommend!

Nice people to deal with fair priced. But the appliances were dirt. If you don't mind cleaning the sppliance I would recommend them

OK this is a great place if your looking for a part they are so nice . They have been helping me fix my appliances for years . So if you need help or looking for a used appliances this is it .

The dryer I bought there broke. Called about 12 times during business hours and got ignored. They answered once to hang up on me so the phone would stop ringing.

I have tried for a long time to get a hold of Andrew and Tanya. They only answer the phone sometimes and if they do it is first thing in the morning. They do NOT return calls, do not return emails and if you some how manage to get one of them on the phone they always say to call back as Andrew or Tanya are not in. Unreliable and not worthy of anyone's time any longer.

Fridge was purchased on Sept 25, 2020 it is now July 22, 2021 and it doesn’t work! Called the store twice and left two messages and they never called me back.

Bought a used fridge here and never worked well. Always had a leak inside the fridge. Went in to the store to get a second fridge and mentioned maybe fixing old while also buying another and got some bad attitude. Strange because I was there to buy another one but they must be use to arguing instead of providing a good level of service. It made me realize very quickly that I should be looking elsewhere. Ended up buying new to avoid any other headaches and worked out for the best. Ended up tossing my prior used fridge because just couldn’t fix the leak.Response: sorry I never got a name, I walked out. Didn’t feel like fighting to take my business was the right move.

I bought a fridge and later a stove here. The delivery guys were great: I cant complain about same day service. The ice maker in the fridge does not seem to work. When I spoke to the owner about it he told me there was a switch and it was probably just switched off. He made a commitment to have his guys figure it out on the stove delivery. When the stove came, the guys had no idea about the fridge and said they received no instructions from Andre. The stove was also pretty dirty when it got here.It seems like that guy does not keep his word.
