Angus Beaton proved to be a very knowledgable and professional service technician! He took care to fully explain issues and solutions which goes a long way toward instilling trust. All attending technicians were friendly, careful and respectful onsite, there was no collateral damage, and they cleaned up thoroughly so it looked like they were never there!We particularly enjoyed the SMS reminders and notifications from the office letting us know when the technicians were on their way and providing photos of the people who would be attending. Though our repairs were unexpected and expensive, it was all told a super experience all around and we felt well cared for. Bravo! Lewis MacLean, you have a great team!

My expectations were exceeded. The consultation fee was reasonable. They replaced our HW tank same day and handled the warranty reimbursement in-house which saved more than half the original replacement/labour cost as the warranty was less than a year from expiration without receipt from the previous tank. Angus provided excellent workmanship, was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. Pricing was upfront as well as options were given for other systems which allowed us to weigh our decision based on cost to length of time we plan to stay in our home. Angus was called in to repair the damage caused by a previous plumber and continue with the work involved in my bathroom renovation. Excellent work by Angus. Knowledgable, Professional, and, Personable. I have no problem recommending him.

In response to your request for our valued feedback.Please note: We demand a full refund of $218.40 (Your Invoice 26898027) for a 2nd call Bob Paisley had to make to finish a job that should have been completed on his 1st visit.I can advise you that we are unable to provide any positive feedback after his visit. Bob was tasked with his assignment and did NOT complete the work even on a most basic level. It is unreasonable for a Professional to leave a job incomplete and make a required follow up appointment the next day and charge for that visit when it should have been completed in the 1st visit.Please advise your position in writing on this by no later than May 19, 2023.

They were very supportive and customer service was knowledgeable. I definitely would call this company again. Tyler was the contact person who was able to find the solution in fixing our HVAC and duct system.

Josh was great, very polite and seemed to have knowledge of the issue that I had with furnace. Unfortunately after a few hours of working on it he could not resolve the issue today. He has ordered parts that he believes could be the cause of the furnace failure and will be installing them once they arrive. Here's hoping that works.

I am very happy with everything about the service call today. On the phone, it was explained clearly the cost of a technician showing up and the whole process. I received a text message with the name and photo of the technician coming. Josh was extremely professional, courteous and detailed in his explanation of what he was doing, he also provided a lot of extra tips about my plumbing. The job was completed in a timely manner with no mess left behind. I will be calling Lewis MacLean Plumbing again.
