I added a star because of the great doctors, but the receptionist would put someone in with a later appointment despite that they just came in and left me waiting for 30 minutes past my appointment time. “They had an early appointment” was her words, which was a lie, but then I heard the patient themselves demanding to be seen first because their appointment is x o’clock without realizing that my appointment was earlier than that time.

Dr Lina Sayeed is the best. Very helpful and supportive.The receptionist is also helpful.Dr AbdulMajeed on Saturdays is helpful

Great and friendly staff. Go out of there way to assist and follow up in a timely manner.

Avoid here like plague. Doctors in this clinic should not have license to practice. The least knowledgeable doctors I have seen.

Dr. Leena is good … but after Tara her receptionist moved the new staff is awful and get ready to face the worst service .Tara you were truly the best ….Multiple times I have been said no sorry for on the spot emergency appointments and asked to go to emergency if it’s is so by the new staff. And now after 2nd experiences during my pregnancy I have lost it and writing this review…. As per new arrogant I’ll mannered staff it is ok to expose a pregnant women to emergency where people with multiple problems are coming as per new receptionist at Kingsridge ( she constantly said it’s ok to get exposed if you are pregnant) nothing to worry.She stood up from her desk and her body language was full of arrogance and she was screaming on top of her voice. Constantly moving her hands in air and just not having a courtesy to mellow down and handle it in better way. Instead giving her justification to pharmacy people that she should not be here if she is having issues. When I told her stop throwing arrogance and behaving like this ….This admin had audacity to tell me that you look at your face and see your expressions…….. can anyone beat that?????? Which nurse or receptionist can talk like that to a patient ???This is me when I am 36 weeks pregnant and asking for help.Zero concern by admin staff and no manners at all . I don’t know the name of this new receptionist and now I don’t bother to. Because I will plan to move my doctor because of this admin service and also keep my kid away from here as I totally understand now that what kind of service I should expect.

Excellent and compassionate staff , Doctor Nikita Sheth is a very good listener and despite being super busy always hears you out patiently and does not rush you . I have always felt at peace after discussing my concerns with her . Thank you for being there .

Dr lina is best of best. She is perfect helpful and very good doctor.
