My husband and I normally go through the drive-thru and is it ever slow. My husband always asks the attendant “hi, how are you” and every single time (no exaggeration) we would start off with a female and the moment she hears my husband asking this, she hands it over to a person with a distinct South Asian accent. Yes, we are West Indian. However, we come from the only British-English speaking country in South America. There is a twang but we’re speaking in plain English. I have always found this to be a rude practice of the attendant and wanted to bring it to Tim Horton’s attention.

Tim Hortons Management Team,I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the customer service I received during my recent visit to your establishment. On the night of April 20th at approximately 1:30am, I had a very unpleasant experience with a staff member named Jule.Firstly, the quality of the drink I received was very poor and left a bad taste in my mouth. This is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the establishment's standards of quality. However, what was even more disappointing was the extremely rude behavior of Jule. He was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel like an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.As a paying customer, I believe I deserve to be treated with respect and courtesy, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, Jule's behavior left a lasting negative impression on me and completely ruined my experience at Tim Hortons.I am writing this review to inform other customers of the unacceptable customer service I received and to urge management to take appropriate action to address these issues. I hope that the establishment will take steps to ensure that this kind of behavior is not repeated in the future.i am working in the biggest food supply chain of canada and 90% staff comes here for cofee or snacks. Very poor service by employee who calle dhim self jule"."

Everytime I've been here my order gets messed up... they never ring orders correctly because 2-3 people are trying to take the order & talk over the mic. Would recommend passing this location

Worst service by employee name jewel (thats the name he told me , no name tag though) no cap on april 20 around 1:30AM he was so unprofessional he dont know how to serve and always talk rude with an attitude. He refuse to validate offers through app and ask to call head office. Have no problem with other staff here but this guy working night at drive thru is pure unprofessional and never focused on his job and always making excuses if he were asked to add extra. We’ve 20-30 guys working nights and everyone has issue with this particular guy. To owner, please have this adressed and re train this guy.

I understand placing an online order makes this a faster experience, but honestly, I only wanted a coffee. There were three lines open, two were dealing with online orders and the third line was having issues with an order. I stood in line for five minutes, I would have been next, but i was next in line from the time I entered the store and i got fed up and left. I would have appreciated simply being acknowledged and hearing we will be with you shortly". But I was invisible."

Went to tim to get coffee around 12:30am in the night April 20,2023. With a great attitude and rude behaviour the person served me a cold triple triple with no sugar.Don’t know if he knows what triple triple means.Would be nice if he felt sorry for that instead was giving attitude in return.

Nice and cozy environment. Staff is really nice and friendly. There is a lot of places to sit. Wanna look outside at the weather, got window seat. Wanna sit with your friends, got a big table. Wanna sit by yourself, got high stools to by yourself. Wanna be on your laptop, sit on the single table. One of the nicest timmies I have been to.

I was there with my son recently and ordered some food for lunch. We both ordered two different types of wraps. The order came everything in a bag and the wraps were not labeled. We could not figure who gets which.We opened up both and they were identical.We didn't bother asking them but just ate since it was already past our lunch time.Wrap was good but still not sure why they were identical.
