Product/Service: I tried this vs waxing because in the past the latter hasn't been kind to my skin. This was much easier on it and as someone with sensitive skin and eczema that's exactly what I was looking for.Customer Service: Amazing. If I could give 10 stars I would. The staff was sooooo friendly and so open and honest about literally anything I asked. I've done waxing in the past so for me it wasn't that big of a deal but for someone who is a first timer this is the place to go. There's no need to feel embarrassed or weird about asking anything and they certainly don't make you feel that way. I've been to chain wax places and tbh while I had no complaints about the actual service the staff weren't exceptionally friendly. For such an intimate service I feel like this is one you really need to make an effort to make the clients feel comfortable and the staff at Sugar Blossom definitely do that. I would recommend this place for sure!

I visit this location at least once a month.The receptionists are always helpful and kind. They know their regulars and their specific needs.Whenever I have to cancel or rebook an appointment they are always understanding and try their best to make it work around my schedule.I usually have my work done by Helen, who is very sweet and funny. She makes you feel so comfortable while still being quick!I haven't had much experience with the other girls but I hear great things.I cannot recommend this place enough, clean, organized and friendly. Worth every dollar spent.

As the technician knew it was my first time sugaring, I would have expected more empathy and compassion from both Jennifer and your front desk administrator.Not once did Jennifer ask if I was OK or if she could do anything to make me feel more at ease. She seemed surprised when I opted to end the session early when I was clearly in pain and upset. This was not how I expected my experience to go from a business that was highly recommended!As I left, your front desk still charged me $36.00 and did not seem to care that my experience was poor or that I was clearly in pain.Very poor customer service!!!!!

The best sugaring salon I have been to. They are professional, courteous, and the prices are fair for service you are receiving.Sue is marvelous and has a delightful personality. She is skilled at her services. The reception team is always so accommodating with my appointments and finding dates & times that work with my hectic schedule. I highly recommend Sugar Blossom and have even converted one of my friends to their location.

Today I had such a lovely experience with Helen and Jeniffer! They were so attentive and always ensured I was comfortable and doing well throughout the entire appointment! Highly recommend this company for sugaring! Thank you ladies!!

It was my first time trying sugaring and it was amazing the staff Jessica made me feel so amazing and talked me through the process, the dos and don’ts, if you haven’t been here for sugaring then I don’t know what you’re doing. I totally forgot to write a review here as I came here back in April for my first time experiencing sugar wax, I worked with a lady named Helen and she did an amazing job explaining to me the steps prior to sugar waxing along with providing instructions for the after care. I was quite nervous heading into the salon but she totally made my experience a comfortable and smooth one. I will definitely be back :) For those contemplating on visiting you should definitely go here , it is worth it. The receptionist was also nice. Great customer service skills. Thank you !!

Amazing experience! I have never done sugaring before and Jeniffer was so quick and extremely precise given that I hadn't let my hair fully grow out and that I was going on vacation. Everything was explained to me so well and I was happy that they talked about things with me that matched my research on sugaring. I will be coming back!

Jen always does an amazing job. This place is the best for sugaring, and Jen makes it easy and less painful. Recommend this place to people who are new to sugaring.
