We had asked Bissett Stained Glass to create 2 stained glass windows in honour of my Mom after she passed away in 2019. Darla, the Artisan we dealt with was able to create a beautiful picture from a very rough “stick person” drawing that I did based on what my Dad envisioned. Quite simply, “this turned out to be an exceptional work of art” with symbolic meaning to our Family. Thank you to Darla and Bissett Glass.The Family of Shirley Zlotoff

I’ve been here multiple times and all experiences were not great. To begin with, there prices are extremely high, many things double what you would pay online from a Canadian stained glass store or even Amazon for some things. For example a pair of breaking pliers from here were double from glass stores online and most of their glass is at least $10 more than online. At first the workers seemed very friendly and helpful but as we browsed and interacted with them, we found them to actually be extremely passive aggressive and rude BOTH times.

The staff were both very helpful but after bring in the states, I was surprised at how high the prices are but without any other glass supply stores nearby, I will be back again.

Really, I never had a good experience here, the last time the younger woman working here was so condescending when I jùst wanted to browse the glass and pick out what I needed myself without her detailed explanation of Baroque..my poor husband picked up a class list off the desk at the rear of the glass shelves and was stridently informed to stop going through our things"! He explained what he was looking at and she stomped up to get him an absolutely illegible copy. Honestly
