A typical Staples. This location has very good customer service but some of the prices of items I purchase often are a bit high. I've found certain things at other stores for at least 25-30% less

Staff in the print out and photocopy section are just acting busy indeed they are hanging out around. They are not helpful.

I wanted to place a pick-up order online but noticed it could take 2-3 days (I’m from out of the city). I called the store to see if I could just come in the get my printing done, they said no and that I had to order online. I asked if it’d be done for the next day as I’m from out of town, they said yes, by noon. Keep in mind I told them it was business cards I needed printed (I made tickets for an event ). Next day I was waiting for my email to pick them up so I killed 3 hours of time before I headed home (3 hour drive). I didn’t get any emails so I called them and the lady I was talking to told me that they have to send out for business cards and it would take a few business days. I told her that I was from out of town and that the lady I talked to the day prior said they’d be done. I asked for a refund but she said they can’t do refunds. She asked her manager and her manager didn’t help her one bit. I understand there was nothing she could do, but the manager could have came on the phone and apologized for the misinformation instead of making her employee tell me that there is nothing I can do. So I’m out $20 and 3 hours of waiting for them to be done.

At staples, everything related to office items and business items are sold here. From copiers, printers, office chairs, coffee makers, books, stationeries, etc. There's also availability of self-service. You can print your documents from any of their printers at a small fee just by sending an email to their cloud print service. Additionally, passport photographs can be taken here, too. There's also courier service too!

I walked in fully ready to buy a tablet and walked around looking for a staff member and no one was to be found and the ones that saw me ignored me

Went there to print some documents. Everything was smooth.

As usual, they deliver a good and easy service. I needed to print some pages, and I used the self-service stations. The interface was pretty self-explanatory. The only thing was that I got my copies in hard cardboard. I should've checked with the clerks first, they told me I can get regular copies with their help. The rest of the process was flawless.

Poor Staples! The once mighty office supply store is a mere shadow of it's long before self. I hardly darken the doors but the odd occasion I do, it reconfirms why I do not go there more often. Shabby service. Shabby product. Website is poison. Might as well buy the basics from Dollar Store. I am sure its sourced the same place. Next time I am inclined to stop there, I hope someone stops me.
