First time using them and the experience was fantastic. Got me in quick, took care of my truck and had me back on the road in no time. I will definitely be using them again and 8 highly recommend them.

Walked in for a fairly pricey job. Took my keys quite willing to accept the lengthy work. When they called me in I paid for the work, lump sum, took my keys and a drive plus an inspection of my own a few days later and no work was done to my vehicle for a three hundred and fifty dollar job.When I was curious to learn the condition  of x y and z after paying, male owner at counter was snippy to avoidant in answering any questions, or asking mechanic. you can walk in and out of this place as quickly as you'd like with less cash in your pocket not knowing better, just takes a day.This shop has gone downhill since the prevous older gentlemen retired and let the younger fellows take over.Thanks Dale's Transmissions...To sum, ask the questions & you'll learn what type of mechanic shop your dealing with.(Response from the owner)We

They are very knowledgeable technicians and Scottys a whiz with mechanics always has been but transmissions which aren’t easy the guys a wizard with. Great shop and not out to rip people off like most these days! 10/10 and highly recommend his expertise. Thanks again for the work and quick return time guys! John

5 Stars-I was convinced I had major issues with my cars CVT transmission and needed it replaced (I was told to never Google health concerns or car issues ever again :) .After explaining the sounds and symptoms I was assured that the problem was not the transmission and that it only needed some new spark plugs and that my engine light was on because of a leaky gas cap, that's it!We were shuttled by Amber to a great spot for lunch while my car was fixed, same day.I think I found my new favourite go-to Garage!

I have such great experiences everytime I go to Dale's Transmission. Scott does such a great job not only with my vehicles but in his customer service. My car is so well cared for and I take comfort in the fact that they are honest and trustworthy. I know the work done is needed and I'm not being ripped off. I've been going to Dale's Transmissions for over 8 years now and frankly I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car. My last car was pretty old and was at that stage where it needed quite a bit of attention but they told me straight up what i could hold off on fixing and the areas that needed immediate attention - saving me lots of $ and showed me their integrity! The service here is top notch and reasonably priced....owners definitely know their stuff...highly recommend!
