Have used this Phamacy over the years and have found Dycks to usually go above and beyond,not this time as went into this store last Saturday at 3:55 needing a prescription filled as my wife had just had dental surgery,I was greeted at the counter and was not the greeting I was expecting as not much was said and the girl just walked away then was told basically to go to Save on as they were closed,so I did and will never use this store again,if you can not stay open for 5 extra minute after being told of my wifes situation

Poor customer service. Purchased an item.. wasn't told it was final sale...then wouldn't allow a return. This is a perfect example of why most people are turning to online purchases

I have a special need meds that has tobe made.Dyck’s was making it until I went to renew and they called to say couldn’t.I talked to pharmacist, she told me she couldn’t find one of the ingredients so I would have to research where to get it.I explained it was a very serious health situation and I needed this drug for survival.She told me “ it is not my problem, I’m sure you’ll be fine”.I was shocked.When I tried to express my desperation and would pay anything to have her help me she hung up on me.My wife suggested lakeside pharmacy.Lakeside not only found the ingredients easily to make my prescription they were virtuous and cheaper.I will never use or recommend Dyck’s again.Since the original owners sold to the big company, they are without a soul.Beware, buy elsewhere!

Door closed before 5.30 pm. What is the point of advertising opening hours if they close earlier.

Dyck's Pharmacy is AMAZING! Staff is so lovely, friendly and helpful, I will never go to another Pharmacy. So happy I switched from Shoppers. They really treat you so well. And do everything they can to help you.Thank you Dyck'sLeslie

I'm truly amazed at Dycks customer service, they are real people that deal with such a wide range, they take their time with any client or myself that I've seen... to make sure we understand whatever we're struggling with...The ladies and Matt have gone above and beyond for me... they have always been my favorite safe place for my meds... hands down the most profound place with caring and understanding staff!!!
