I received the best customer experience 2 months ago when I bought a Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra from Wow! Mobile Boutique.Right from the time I arrived to make my purchase, super professional and friendly Angel and Zena made sure I was provided with all the information I needed to make the purchase (the service was so excellent that I returned the next day to make a purchase after a passive inquiry the previous day).I also like the fact that Angel checked on me after a month to inquire if I was enjoying my new device.Thank you for the discounts and excellent service Angel.

Just a short note to express my sincere appreciation to Alberto (Service Manager) at the WoW Place d’Orleans kiosk, for the outstanding customer service that he and his staff provide their customers on a daily basis. I recently had a billing issue that I could not resolve and Alberto went above and beyond to help resolve the problem to my complete satisfaction and in a most professional and effective manner. The staff at this particular kiosk are all well versed on the various telephone mobile plans available and you would be doing yourself a favour to visit this particular WoW Place d’Orleans kiosk and making this your first stop when considering a switch to a more cost efficient mobile plan or for some first class assistance to help resolve any issue that may come up from time time.I unequivocally recommend the WoW Place d’Orleans kiosk to family and friends.

Came to the store on Black Friday and we had fantastic service from Angel. She really made sure we got the best deal and offered us all the choices that would give us what we were looking for. Even with it being a very busy day and she was balancing multiple customers she went out of her way to make sure that we had everything set up right. We left without any questions and will definitely be coming back, wouldn't go anywhere else for our phone service!

WOW!! What amazing customer service!! I had a problem and Ryan (Manager) found the solution!! I had been looking for an answer at over 6 cell phone outlets with VERY impersonal responses reflecting a total lack of interest. Ryan took the time to figure out what suited my needs and explained everything to ensure that the whole process was seamless.Finally!! A man who listens!! LOLHis assistant is a friendly young woman who is easy to talk to and also takes the time to listen!!Couldn't have asked for more. Well done guys!!

I went to WOW! mobile boutique today to upgrade my iPhone X to an iPhone 13 PRO. The customer support I got from Angel and Alberto were phenomenal! They went into detail about many different plan options for the phone I wanted, and were of great assistance when answering my many questions. I have been going to this outlet for years now, and I will keep going. Excellent service, excellent people, excellent experience. I highly recommend you go yourself if you have been thinking about getting an upgrade, or switching phone providers. You save money and get to meet great people who will be there whenever you need further assistance.

Angel M provided outstanding service. I came in to buy a phone for my son for Christmas, and Angel gave me all of the options, based on what I was looking for. Angel made sure I got all discounts and promotions available to me at the time. Most impressive was Angel's customer service. It was complete and without pressure. It is evident Angel is very knowledgeable in what she does and it was a pleasurable experience all around. Many thanks for making this easy Angel. You are awesome!
