Nice Store! Very friendly staffs

This is one of Walmart's smaller stores. It is easy to shop at due to its smaller size. However, they have limited stock and often don't have a huge variety with the different product lines.

Manager took some products for himself that were supposed to go to me in my order, not buying anything here again due to “missing inventory” that the computer said was there and that wouldn’t receive and didn’t! Shawn I mean you!

Terrible customer service at the electronics department. Little old greasy gremlin back there who is incredibly rude and seems like she doesn’t even want to be there. Was rude about misunderstanding, and made me very uncomfortable and scared.

Not very pleased with how every single time i shop here i’m followed around like a criminal. Wanted to shop so i brought a reusable bag since they charge now, and before i even entered the store the greeter decided they needed to bag check me or else i wasn’t allowed in. So i left, i don’t feel like it’s very fair to treat me like a thief before i even enter the store.

Today we decided to stop by at this Walmart and there was only one cashier and a huuuge line up of people with cards trying to pay. I asked to assigned more cashiers and the customer service rep called for more but no one showed up. We waited unnecessary 30 minutes to pay for our groceries! Unacceptable !!!!!

I love the fact there is Burger King franchise in there, the garnment section is huge good pricing and selection every thing in all the aisles through out the store were labeled accordingly, cashier was helpful so do customer service as well. i say its a perfect location to build this supercentre.SAVE MONEY LIVE BETTER

The last time I will ever shop at this store was today. The credit card is also getting cut up. Just fed up with their poor customer service, never any checkout lanes open. 3 people in sitting customer service not helping. Priority is on doing paperwork or selling credit cards over helping people check out. Cannot stand the self checkout lane here. Not enough space for a big shop. Glad there are other options in Sherwood Park.

First time at this store. Just like any Walmart store, well arranged aisle with clear signs and label of what and what is on which aisle.It was easy to quickly dash into the store and picking your intended groceries.I love the fact that there are self checkout area which makes it to avoid long queues when you only have few products. There is also a Burger King store within the store...

I have been shopping here with my grandpa at least once a week for the past 6 months. I almost always bring a backpack with me that contains my reusable bags, medicine, wallet, and other personal items. Not once in 6 months has anyone ever said anything about my backpack. I went in today and asked my grandpa to hold my bag while I went to the bathroom. When I came out, the security guard had told him that I had to leave my backpack at customer service. Then I had to talk to the ladies at customer service who explained it was store policy. I’m not going to leave my backpack at customer service unattended. I do all my shopping there each week and spend my hard earned money there. Some people don’t have cars of their own and need a larger bag to carry everything they need for the day. If you have a policy you need to enforce it all the time - not just at random.
