By far best experience I have ever had with a mechanic!I had a limited amount of time to get from Montreal to Vancouver to say good bye to a loved one and I broke down half way. All the garages in Kenora were booked up for weeks and hung up when I mentioned I had an emergency.Jeremy might be the kindest person ever and even though he was booked up for the day, he figured out a way to get me back on the road in just a few hours. Clearly knew what he was doing, super transparent and communicative and really speedy! He is certainly a rare person and thanks to him I am able to have a few more days for my goodbyes.Thank you so, so much. Hope to swing by again some day!

The staff was very helpful when my car decided to break down on my way to work. They did a full inspection, asked my permission before making extra repairs, were transparent about billing and things that needed to be worked on or could be put off for a later date. All in all had a great experience here and would be happy to have them work on my car again

Broke down outside Kenora. Of the 3 places I called, these guys picked up the phone. Their quote was spot on, and the vehicle repaired a day faster than promised with no surprises. The technician was up front with what needed to be done, I was a service advisor for 5 years, I am a carpenter now... Very impressed with the quality of work, I would recommend this shop to anyone who needs service in Kenora. The did spark plugs, coils and timing belt.Oh, would like to let them know, my brother has replaced the Drivers Rear Wheel bearing, and the front pads and rotors.

I was passing through and my lower balljoint need to be replaced, called other shop and they were just plain ignorant. Jeremy and his mechanic went above and beyond. Took my car in and replace it. Very highly recommended specially to those people passing through. Overall GREAT people. Thank you again.
