I've been taking my dog here for years. When we got a new dog we're been taking him there too. They are great with both dogs. Thank you

I cannot say enough about Dr Badri and his staff. I had an emergency last week where my senior cat with glaucoma-- his eye ruptured and was bleeding everywhere. We called them and they were able to see us right away, treat my cat, then remove the eye on Friday with a surgery. Their follow up was excellent and when I needed to get more pain medicine for the cat, they had it ready right away. The cat is on the road to recovery, back to a good quality of life. They really take emergencies seriously and try to help your animal. Rudy and I thank you!

Not very compassionate at all. I called about compassionate euthanasia for my cat, who was dying of cancer. She was struggling and in her final moments. All they offered was a lowered price and that I would have to dispose of the body myself." It's so absolutely heartbreaking. The last thing anyone needs in their companions' final moments is someone being monotone and heartless. Won't call this place again.I ended up taking my cat to the Toronto Humane Society where they took care of everything and the staff there even hugged me for as long as I needed it and took a paw print of my pet and printed out her name on a card above her paw print."

Toronto Central Animal Clinic is an excellent example how veterinary clinics should treat their customers. They are accessible and welcoming in the time of emergency. Super responsive and very helpful when needed. They are serving pets with love and compassion and their services are affordable and efficient! Thank you Toronto Central Animal Clinic so much for being there for both of my cats! Looking forward continuing using your services.

I never write reviews but I cannot recommend this vet enough!Dr. Badri is an amazing animal doctor, very experienced and knowledgeable. Never taking my cat anywhere else as long as live in Toronto.During the pandemic my cat started peeing blood so I took him to the clinic near me; the bill was just over a grand and they didn't find anything wrong with him so they said he must be really stressed and gave him painkillers.A month later he started peeing blood again and I couldn't find any places in downtown Toronto to take him, not even the emergency one! Dr. Badri not only was the only one who would see him, he actually found the problem (crystals), treated him and even explained to me that the food the previous clinic sold me is not right for this condition and showed me the right one and explained how to use it so it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to keep my cat healthy. I even showed him the images from the other clinic and he clearly showed me where they missed the crystals last time.Just pure kindness and professionalism. Can't recommend enough!

Just moved into the area and first time patient for my cat Toto. Went in for his annual checkup and shots and had a great experience.Professional & really nice everyone who works there including Lily the resident cat. Called to follow up to see how he was after and to see if I had any questions.Thank you so much for a great experience everyone!

There was an article published by Slate recently about how difficult it can be to practice veterinary medicine, between staying afloat financially and experiencing a lack of respect and sometimes, verbal abuse by clients. It inspired me to come here and leave a review about the stand-out, wonderful service my cat Eliot and I have always received from Dr. Badri and his staff, ever since I moved to the area seven years ago. I'm afraid of dogs and worry that my already-anxious-at-the-vet cat will pick up on my fearful energy and make the appointment more difficult - staff are always kind and understanding, scheduling our appointments for when they don't see any large-breed dogs around that time. Eliot is a Bengal and he's strong and fiesty, Dr. Badri and his staff are non-plussed, accommodating and efficient with his shots. Reception staff are warm and welcoming. They always follow up with a call after shots to make sure Eliot is okay with no side effects. You can tell they *genuinely care*. In an industry that has got to have more than it's fair share of difficult moments, Dr. Badri and his staff never waiver in their compassion, professionalism and kindness. A wonderful practice to trust your furry/feathered family members with. Thank you!!

Came here for the first time with my two kittens. The vet tech we had was so kind to my kitties but the vet itself and the clinic was the opposite. The doctor didn’t even acknowledge my cats or say hi or pet them, wasn’t compassionate, all he cared about was charging me for extra. This place is scammy. How can anyone feel good about charging someone for something without asking? For example, after my kittens vaccine, within one second, the vet takes a swab to clean his ear, didn’t ask me and that was $40 per cat. This happened for three other things mind you.The other thing, at previous clinics with other pets, I never once had other techs coming in during the appointment. The door was being opened every 5 mins for the vet techs to ask the doctor something not related to my appointment. Once is fine but 5? That’s a bit much when the room is tiny, the cats are nervous and there is 4 people in the room. Not sure I want to come here again.

Extremely friendly staff, open 7 days a week! The vets are caring & take the greatest of care with your furry friend. I'm so glad I switched to them. Their rates are also reasonable and will not upsell you.

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with my cat spaying in this clinic. Two days after my cat's surgery their stitches opened not only for one layer but for two which was so annoying to look at it was infected as well! The doctor who did the stitches didn't care to make them tighter! they were so loose that opened even after 2 days even though I was so careful to take care of them properly. I'm just sad because of my cats that were tortured, did the surgery and felt the pain twice. We had to get another day off and go a long way to fix the stitches and there were no apologies instead.I paid more than 1000$ so I deserve to receive a great service not like this. Even after the surgery, I could hardly book an appointment just for stitches removal!!!In the end, they blamed us for not taking care of them but this was not our first experience with cat spaying. The manager’s behaviour was unprofessional and not helpful at all.I just wrote this review to help other people choose the best vet for their loved ones. I don't recommend this clinic for spaying or even other services!
