We hired Corbin Catering for my wife's 50th birthday party at the house. The food prepared by Corbin and co. was excellent and enjoyed by all guests. Corbin was great to work with in developing the menu and the value provided was excellent. The food was delivered on time and the heating instructions were on point and easy to follow. I would definitely use Corbin Catering again.

Wow. What an excellent dinner. The picture you see was a table and tablecloth before Corbin and team arrived. Interesting canapés. Wonderful soup. Innovative salad perfect dinner. Decadent dessert. Chef Corbin catered a 90th birthday celebration for my mother recently. Corbin is a skilled professional, super organized and very calm - nothing was a problem. Corbin was very thorough in terms of menu detail and required rentals in his quotes. He was flexible and accommodated our suggested menu revisions and was very willing to serve a family favourite fruit punch. We had originally thought of having all the food on tables for folks to browse, however, Corbin suggested passed canapes as well, which was a nice touch and supported the festive mood we were aiming for. Gluten-free options were plentiful and were identified with signage on the buffet table. As well, Corbin suggested yellow table runners for the guest tables to continue with our daffodil theme.On party day, Corbin’s team cheerfully helped set up the room (tables, chairs, linens) and the food so everything was ready well before the event start time. Corbin brought a larger team than originally planned, which was much appreciated. In addition, Corbin contributed a huge, beautiful bouquet of yellow flowers which we displayed on the birthday cake table.Corbin’s work was outstanding! Our guests raved about the food; it was all so yummy! We were very pleased with everything and highly recommend Corbin for any catering you might need.

At one point in my career I organized events as part of my job, so I have worked with many caterers over the years. The experience I had working with the Corbin team last weekend was one of the easiest and most professional experiences I've ever had. All my guests raved about the food, and the staff were friendly, helpful and above all else, professional. Everything looked good and tasted better. The salmon, the tomato sliders and the chocolate cake were particularly big hits, but honestly there were no duds here, everything was great. If you want a stress-free special event, Corbin is the way to go.

We recently had Corbin's cater our son's engagement party, the food was excellent. We were offered a variety of menu options to choose from and could tailor to our tastes . The food arrived on time, plated tastefully and everyone enjoyed the many options. We will definitely use them again

We were a bit last minute supplementing our catering for an outdoor 101st birthday celebration. It was going to be stifling hot.Corbin made recommendations for canapes that were delectable, refreshing and attractive. They really were scrumptious.Any future catering needs, it’s Corbin all the way!

Chef Corbin and his team catered a 50th birthday party I hosted for my husband at a local craft brewery last night. From that first phone call where Corbin suggested a delicious finger food menu to the perfectly on-time delivery, the team was super-friendly and incredible to work with. The lobster rolls, BLT sandwiches, samosas and spring rolls were the talk of the night — and perfectly portioned. The chicken skewers were so yummy too, and the charcuterie boards were beautifully crafted with a generous assortment of all the best things. (All of the guests were asking where the food was from!) The prices were more than fair, and I look forward to working with Corbin Catering again.

Corbin helped plan and execute a 50th backyard birthday party for my wife, and his creativity and attention to detail on all aspects of the menu, decoration and flow of the evening were exceptional.
