This was such a wonderful store to visit!!!Loved how clean and fully-stocked it was.The towels (Barbie, Paw Patrol - girls and boys and Hot Wheels) were only $19.99!!!!!! They would be amazing for the summertime, great quality as well.I loved how they had the Disney Kitchen line so nicely displayed too! Fully stocked as well - would be great for adult kid Easter baskets!!!!

I had to wait for 20 minutes to get some help. The staff were friendly and courteous.

I love this store to buy everyday items. They have excellent experienced staff to answer any of your questions and also to help you find the item (s) that you are looking for.

Went to buy a new vacuum from this store as online shows 3 in stock went to the isle could not locate product asked an employee for help they advised they don't know where they are and to try a different store. Later that day I returned to rent a carpet cleaner, the machine given to me was filthy upon returning the machine to customer service they tell me I will not be getting a deposit as the machine was not clean, I then removed the small peice of fuzz that was the concern the employee then bends down and more than half of her thong is out of her pants.I then ask her to ensure the machines they are renting leave the store clean if they expect the same in return.She then rolled her eyes and I asked to speak to a manager which she advised she was one so I requested to speak to someone else I then have a male gentleman listen to me and simply say sorry for your experience.

One of the best Canadian Tire store.I needed some automotive odd parts, and I didn't have all information for those parts.I went to the specialized department in this store, and I met Gabby, which helped me to identify and pickup those parts from the shelf.I would like to take this opportunity to thank Gabby and this store team for their professionalism and dedication for their job.Rarely I have encountered so much dedication and warm treatment in other Canadian Tire store personal. Gabby took the time and searched everywhere to solve my problem, and she did a great job.I would say that she restored my trust in Canadian Tire. I live in St.Catharines, and this store it is in Welland.It is worth the drive, to have such service.

Girl with long hair at service desk was not pleasant. 2 products on different shelves were in the wrong place. For $3 she didn't honor the price error. This was their people who put it in the wrong place. Will stick to other Cdn Tire stores, not that one.

I have been a customer of CT for many, many years. I currently shop a the CT on Welland Avenue in St. Catharines. I wanted to buy a treadmill and after researching decided on one at CT. It was on sale so I called early in the morning and spoke with Michael in the Sports Dept. He confirmed he had one in stock and he put my name on it to hold it for me. A few hours later I went to the store to purchase it. I went to see Michael again, and he informed me the price had gone up by $100.00 since we spoke on the phone. He said since it was the sale price when I called and he checked the price, he would honour the sale price. Now that is fantastic customer service. I always find what I need at Canadian Tire. I have always had a good experience with staff who are always helpful. It's a one stop shopping experience, with the exception of groceries!UPDATE: I encountered a problem while assembling it The 3 bolts used to install the support arm would not screw in all the way on one side, and was creating metal shavings on the floor from the resistance. It left the support arm unstable. I stopped immediately as I didn't want to break anything and render the warranty void. I called the next morning and spoke with Paul, the manager who arranged to have a new machine delivered to me the next day and retrieve the defective one. No questions, nor arguments. Now that is great customer service, above and beyond!

I was looking a Worx power drill charging cord or replacement power drill only to find out they don't sell them anymore.

If I could give a zero I would! Item in the flyer for sale and beside the item should three different colours/ or finish the one that I went for wasn’t showing the flyer price exact same model as the other two and a locked up item. I inquired on the floor and the person said that I would have to take my question to customer service. So I went to there and she called the manager of the department, I explained the same as well showed the flyer listing all three finishes I also pointed out that they are all the exact model. He’s response was take it up with the printing company. Definitely will never return to Canadian Tire and I have already shared my experience with friends and family and I will continue. Zero customer service and false advertisement.Update, customer service is looking into this matter.Thank you Vanessa
