He covered everything in the home and went well above and beyond explaining every single detail (with pictures) in his inspection report and, noting everything I should be aware of before purchasing the home. He is very professional and polite. I highly recommend them to do your home inspection as he goes well above and beyond compared to any other home inspectors. Tersoo @ TD Inspections recently completed a home inspection for me. He was very friendly and professional. He worked around many peoples schedules to be available for a time that worked for all parties involved (buyers, sellers & agent). He arrived early to evaluate the outer parameter of the home well, and he completed a very thorough inspection of the whole house. He also followed up with a very clear, and well written report within a matter of a couple hours!! In addition, he made some time to answer any questions that we had while on site. I would utilize Tersoo and his services again and would recommend TD inspections for anyone looking for a thorough, detailed and professional inspection.
