Bluebird Motel

Great location, pet friendly rooms, and a decent walking path behind it. Our room was comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Our only complaint was the shower, the water would suddenly go either very cold or scaldingly hot without warning. We each had one shower (5 of us) during our 2 night stay and opted to wait for our next motel to take another one.

Very friendly gentleman at the office. We came through for a wedding today and they have been extremely accommodating. Definitely recommend!

The family room had lots of room. The bedroom just needs a curtain. Close to ferry

We just stayed here for 3 days for our yearly girls trip! We had a two bed room plus kitchenette. It was big enough for us three ladies. All the staff were super friendly and the price fit our budgets. Our room was nice and clean. Highly recommend

Overall experience was far from good. I was charged an extra fee for my dogs. With doing that i expected my room to be cleaned as per usual. I was clear that the dogs were crated while we were gone and would not be an issue to the staff. Front desk lady was very rude and seemed like she did not want any customers. She would not work with me in any way. While claiming deer poop is my dogs, and threatened to kick us out after 2 days of being there. Stayed for one week and never had my room cleaned once. The kitchenette was also below par. Stunk something awful in the cabinets, and dishs still dirty from previous customers. Ended up buying our own stuff to avoid using the motels. Would never go back to that dump again.

Stayed here last night and was not disappointed. We stayed in room #47, it certainly did not smell like smoke, actually it rather smelled like soap. Lady at reception was alright too, maybe not overly friendly, but definitely not rude.It had decent toiletries and the towels and sheets were clean. The AC was kind of loud, the window had no screen (it did have a lock though), and although there was a coffee maker I didn't see any coffee.Overall I would recommend staying here if you're just in need of a place to crash and looking to do so on a bit of a budget.
