Drove over 50km to get a light that some guy on the phone said were in stock. Got there and the guy had left the store, and whoever was there couldn’t even do anything on their own.After 1 hour of being there I was told nothing was in stock and the items i had called about also needed to be ordered. The the guy that was there was doing his best but clearly didn’t know anything - he kept calling someone and having me speak to them over the phone. I eventually had to buy a floor model due to a time crunch which the guy also struggled with.Bad experience. Would NOT recommend this location.

I went to this store to buy two ceiling lights / chandeliers. There were 4 salespeople inside the store and no customers except myself. Not a single salesperson bothered to greet me or offer assistance. I walked through the store while the salespeople kept chatting and ignoring me. I have decided not to purchase anything from them and I don't recommend this location. The selection is quite poor, 90% of the lights are almost identical. Poor service, poor product selection.

I was in store about 12 noon to purchased pendant light and it was great experience to buy that new location .they offered me to reasonable discount to purchase more items.
