I booked the move-in/move-out, deep clean cleaning service and I was very disappointed with my experience. It was the most expansive service they offered. At first the unit looked clean, but there were so many spots that were missed. I sent them photos of all the spots that needed to be fixed and they sent back a cleaner to fix the issues. Then, once the second round of cleaning was done. I went to check my unit and did a light mopping at the front of my unit and the bottom of my swifter was BLACK (see photo). And vaccuming and mopping was apart of the service I booked. I sent an email to customer service to show then the results and they have ignored me.This service was a complete waste of my time and money. I now have to go deep clean my unit because it seems that there was a lack of effort and care in their service and I don't trust that my unit was cleaned properly. Thank you Maid4Condos for delaying my move-in.

I paid for the deep cleaning service, and I'm fairly disappointed in the quality of the clean. First of all, they were late for their appointment. They were scheduled to arrive between 12-2 and did not. I had to follow up and call in order to get an updated ETA. Then, it's the quality of the clean. Did the condo look clean upon first glance? Yes. Was it the deep clean quality and detail I was looking for? Not exactly. There were a few spots that I had to point out in order for it to be cleaned: including the floor corner right under the kitchen cabinets which gets dirty easily due to constant cooking, the front door, a few places by the baseboard and also removal of the buttons to thoroughly clean the stove top nozzle area. A few things were also missed that I had to do: removal of the lint trap, wiping of the washer/dryer which maid said is not included (however, I just checked and it is) and I still had to clean the floor of the laundry room myself because we ran out of time to clean a 540 sqft condo. Sure the condo required a deep clean, but it was small enough that everything could have been done in the time it was allocated for. If not, it should have been mentioned ahead of the clean. In summary, I wished the maids paid a little more attention to detail, and had better communication re: late arrival and what's to be expected.

I had booked the move-in/move-out cleaning service to prepare my condo for sale, based on a referral from my agent. Booking the appointment was very easy, and they were very responsive in answering my questions. I was not expecting the excellent job that Maid4Condos did on my unit. A HUGE thank you to Joselin & Elizabeth! Everything was spotless. The inside of the oven was sparkling clean like a new oven. This is an excellent, excellent service. You have a loyal client in me now.

I had a really good experience with Elizabeth, she is phenomenal! Originally I was not happy with the first clean that was done with Maid4Condos. She was sent to my home to go over some areas for the second time, and she did an amazing job! I highly recommend requesting her.

While recovering from surgery, I worked with Maid4Condos to come by and clean my apartment. The person who came by to clean, Paula, was pleasant, fast, efficient, and very thorough. In the end, I didn’t require one part of the service, and was called immediately to let me know I’d get a refund. They did a great job cleaning my place and the customer service was fantastic!

Very easy booking process, responsive to questions, and provided an ETA for the booking window that morning. We came home to a wonderfully clean condo and were happy with the value of the services provided. Will definitely use them again.
