Emerald is the absolute best! She made booking our vacation SO EASY and painless. Instead of being stressed planning dates, excursions, flight details and how much money to bring, my boyfriend and I were just super happy and excited to get packing! She did everything for us, guide us along every single step!I highly recommend her and I will be coming back for my encr vacation too!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My parents along with 10+ others booked through this travel agency" that supposedly specializes in cruises.1. They booked them the BASIC airline fare that does not allow changes or cancellations.2. It is never recommended to book a flight on the same day as embarkation as there are many factors that can delay/cancel the flight. Knowing this (or at least I hope they know this)

Not very helpful staff. This is a trade relying heavily on personal service and patience for questions. When our questions are poorly answered and not showing any enthusiasm…. For a first time customer, it is a sign for ‘thank you n bye’.
