The most incompetent staff I’ve ever met. They always lose documentations, manage to screw up and mess up appointments. Incredibly rude receptionists, staff is always giving different answers and more often than not, it’s incorrect information. I wish 0 starts was an option.

Walk-ins are possible on days when they are not crowded too much.

This phone goes directly to a voice mail of a person that no longer works there. No one ever answers.

The Phone system is long, but my appointments are never early nor late. Dr. Bernard Cox is who I've been seeing and he's helped me out so much more then my previous doctor. Even if you can only do phone call & or Video call appointments because of Covid-19. Or even if you can't get to your doctor in person, most of the time you can have a follow up over the phone, anything else you'd want to go in person. Staff is very friendly and if your doctor isn't available his team made of at least One other Doctor, Healthcare Practitioners, and Nurses that can help you and have it all in your file for your Doctor to look at later or even if they have to contact him while he or she's away. I'm a young guy and have always been judged on my medication usage, This is one if not the only family doctor I found that has no bias towards me in anyway. I hope this review can help someone out there like me that's either looking for a new doctor or just a respectful place for walk-ins even.

My dr is fantastic but the management of this place is HORRIBLE. Tell you 1 thing and get to clinic its something different. Was told the walkin was open at 9am and to come right away. I get there 20 mins later to hear the care provider tell the walkin receptionist that she is only starting to see patients at 2pm. Clearly no one knows right from left in there

Slow and incompetent people work here. Take 3-4 people just to get a patient checked in. Absolutely mismanaged and everyone seems to love doing bare minimum. No respect for anyone other than staff's family and friends

Receptionists are super rude. My appointment was at 2 and was told they were on time as I was Dr Goldberg's first one after lunch. I didn't get called til 2:15. With out anyone telling me (when I booked the appointment or checked in) some physician assistant saw me and told me Dr. GOLDBERG was to busy. He finally came at the end of the appointment. Still a nice guy but seems totally disengaged. Most likely will not be going back. It's so hard to get into see the actual doctor and not once was I notified that I wouldn't be seeing him.

Bad experience first time being there, receptionists & worker lacked professionalism, lacked in communication skills. They seemed very annoyed that I was there at all.

Bad place to go for treatment. Nepotism at play here as the staff are incomps and are still allowed to come mess up another day.
