I've been shopping here for about two years now, I've continually and consistently been impressed with the exceptional level of customer service that is provided by Joshua & Sisi. It is obvious they take great pride in their small business. The store has always been clean, organized and well stocked. When I've had questions about switching foods for my ever picky dog, Josh has taken the time to answer these questions and to help sort out what is best for my dog's changing palate. I continue to shop here for the fantastic friendly customer service and knowledge. It also doesn't hurt that I'm always greeted by Lobo's handsome face.

6 inch bones for my dog have almost doubled in price. 3 Bones with tax are just over 30 dollars ! Steaks in Costco Tipple AAA are the same. I asked the lady it must be a mistake. She double checked and said it was correct. She chuckled,, supply and demand. I was offended the way she said it.I replied,, you can tell your supplier you have just lost a customer and I won't be back!Profiteering is illegal, and I am disappointed in a company that allows this. Covid 19 is, and has allowed the worst to come out in Many of us !

Great new store with knowledgeable owners and a large selection of everything you would need for your furbaby! Food (raw, kibble, and wet), treats (including specialty biscuits to treat your puppy on a special occasion), toys, leashes, harnesses, beds, and more!Come check out this location, it'll become your one and only stop for your puppy or cat!

I have been going here for almost 3 years, the owners are such amazing people. Always going out of their way to accommodate. A few times I was running late and called in and they were more than happy to stay and wait for me past closing. Another time I bought a bed and washed it, I kind of ruined it and did not expect to be reimbursed or anything but the lady of the store offered to sew it and wow I was blown away that she would actually take the time to do something like that. She did and what a fantastic job she did !I could go on but I won’t but I will leave you with this.. if you haven’t been to this particular location you are missing out, I have been to almost every location in the city and they are great too but these folks are so friendly and the customer service is outstanding .The owners are both awesome people as well as professional they have both given great informative advice for my 2 dogs. I will be a life long customer! Thank you both for all your hospitality and thoughtfulness every time I come in.

The owner is super friendly and the product selection is amazing! Came in to get my dogs K9 gentle dental and will be back for other fun things for my dogs.

Came here on Friday to get stuff for picking up my rescue on Saturday. Joshua answered all of my questions and really helped me out with picking stuff out! Our rescue Honey loves everything, especially the harness, and is learning that toys are okay to play with! Will definitely return to get some treats for our sweets ☺️

This store is very clean, provides the products that we need. The lady that works there is always nice to me and my dog.That being said, I've always felt an unwelcome air from the shop owner from the moment I've walked in. To describe my visits, I have gone in with my dog and sometimes my partner, we browse for about 5 minutes, may attempt some small talk with the owner, make a purchase, and leave. However, the only way I can describe my experience, is that I've felt he can barely hold in a complete indifference or even disdain for our presence. The first time this happened I chalked this up to a bad day, but this has been the experience I have had with him in the store the handful of times I've come in to buy products over the past year. I remember reading these glowing reviews for the customer service and found myself not having nearly the same experience.Like I said, the product and store are well taken care of, stocked, and in general is a pleasant store. I hope that by leaving this review, all paying customers, including ourselves, can get the same pleasant customer service I see represented in other reviews.

Wonderful place to take my pup! The owner was very kind and welcoming. He gave us great advice and some great sample for us to try out! Love the photo booth!
