We recently sold our condo and bought a townhouse in the span of a month and we couldn't thankTrentadue Torres Group - Catherine and Lisa enough!!These 2 ladies ensured we got the price we needed when selling by walking us through the process, having staging do final touches, producing a phenomenal video, and selecting the best photos to display our space. We sold for over asking, despite being listed at market value!Then came the buying process.. possibly even more stressful! Again, though, Catherine and Lisa ensured we were well educated on the process and helped us remain realistic. We also got help from Taylor - walking us through potential homes and helping us see the value in things we wouldn't have thought of. I will always look back on this experience as an unprecedented success! Despite the bidding wars, low inventory, time and budget constraints…Vanessa Burton kept our dream alive by pivoting as many times necessary until she managed to help us secure our dream home! It’s unfathomable the amount of dedication and dogged perseverance this agent has! Even when we thought all hope was lost (after being outbid 5 times) not only was she compassionate, she continued to tap into her seemingly endless supply of knowledge and resources to uncover different avenues that would lead us to our ultimate goal: becoming homeowners. One of the biggest time savers as well, was working with this exceptionally articulate communicator. There was never a miscommunication or attempts to appease us…Vanessa was direct about what it would take to get the house we wanted, and would let nothing get in her way in helping us achieve our goal. Vanessa’s tenacity was inspiring, and the exceptional level of professionalism (!) - SUCH an important component in the delicate world of negotiation. It was clearly evident the amount of experience Vanessa was operating with by her handling of all matters related to our search and transaction. When we put our home up for sale in October, 2022, we had no hesitation to go with Dolores and her team at Trentadue Torres Group. They sold our father's home in 2020 and we were pleased with them.
