Overheard this one guy Todd screaming at another associate in the beauty area, so unprofessional. He was so demeaning and disrespectful he had her in tears. No one should have to put up with that at work.

I've never been tempted to go back to Ulta for a haircut because of the unreasonable prices. I wasn't happy with paying that over 50 dollars for a trim. Literally an inch of hair lol.

I had an absolutely amazing experience tonight. I went in with my mom and we were assisted by the sweetest worker who helped us find everything we need. She also recommended this Estée Lauder oil/serum to try for my dry skin. I am very excited about all my purchases. No buyers remorse at all!

I have to say the gal at the MAC counter, sorry I forget your name.(SORRY) Made my wedding day makeup dream come true. I couldn't be more happy with how I looked and she talked me through the entire process and gave me the ultimate wedding look! I had so many compliments how beautiful I looked. I absolutely will be recommending you to EVERYONE!! I Even woke up the next day and had majority of my makeup still on. She was helpful knowledgeable and si awesome to work with!

Go here all the time! Today was a great experience! I got my hair done by jasmine. She took so much time making sure we were on the same page for my hair. Also took her time to perfect it. In the salon they all helped each other. It's nice to watch life slow down and others really caring for one another!

No one asked if I needed help (they always ask). I finally asked for help, and the lady really didn't attempt to help me. Then I mentioned it at checkout and the reason I wasn't getting help because they were short staffed. They had several working they just wasn't interested it helping. The gal at checkout could have offered to help. If I didn't need to smell or try shades, I would do strictly on-line
