My husband has always felt that Harry's Flowers was the best in town to purchase roses, as long as I can remember. He is a plant expert / grower, and knows how to manage roses. He no longer feels purchasing roses at Harry's is a good choice. The service was poor and twice now the roses flopped their heads within a couple of days. Plus the 6 other roses have not opened up at all after a week. These roses were my Mother's Day gift. Very disappointing.

Lily designs the most gorgeous arrangements.Her wedding bouquets are equally beautiful and designed to complement the request and theme. Lily also created a simple cake topper which is as absolutely perfect. Delivery was on time and stress free.

My brother and I ordered our Mom a bouquet from here for Mother's Day, and it was even more beautiful than the picture provided online. It far exceeded our expectations and still looks just as beautiful today. Delivery was great too! Would highly recommend! Thank you :)

The customer service really is lacking. They're lucky that they are in the spot that they're in, and that they're able to have a large selection, otherwise I don't think they'd do well..There are also other places that have great selections and are way nicer to you.We won't be back

I live in Taipei, Taiwan and have used Harry's Flowers to order for my mother who lives in Victoria 3-4 times. The flowers that arrive are always gorgeous, healthy, and last a really long time. Harry's has also been excellent about accommodating flower requests (my mom hates lilies) and delivery times. I encourage everyone to use them!

Lily saved our wedding, as far as we are concerned. Two days before our wedding, we received the flowers we had ordered from another vendor only to see that they were brown and crushed! It was too late for that vendor to correct the problem so we called Harry's to see if they could help. Lily got on the phone and we explained what we were looking for. No big deal for her and the flowers were ready by lunch on Saturday. They were absolutely beautiful! The bridal bouquet is STILL gorgeous after 4 days! Thanks so much to Harry's Flowers for stepping in and helping us make our wedding such a special day.

I received the most beautiful Christmas Centrepiece with three candles. I was called to choose a flexible time to have it delivered but because I was driving past the shop, I elected to pick it up. To my surprise, and delight, I was given a gorgeous white chrysanthemum plant due to picking up the floral arrangement.

Very rude service. I went in with my cousin looking to create several large bouquets for a baby shower that day, while they had a diverse selection of flowers, the people working were incredibly rude. They would ignore any comments or questions we had, wouldn’t wrap the flowers up (after asking twice), didn’t cut the stems, no flower feed, and acted basically like our presence was an overall nuisance in their store. It shouldn’t matter if you’re spending $10 or $1000, this was appalling customer service. I left feeling regret for giving any $$ to this store and will not be going back.
