They are so unprofessional. they hired me full time and during the interview they told me that they need 12 hours availability for 7 days a week and i quit my another job just because of them after all the document submission and orientation and before 2 hours of equipment pickup they called me and said they contract is cancelled with the company for which i hired and offered me another temporary position which is just for one and half month. is this professional if they do not sure about their decisions then why did they are asking people for full time availability. i am so disappointed with them and never wanna work with them.

Don’t work here. Worst company, worse management. Human Resources is IMPOSSIBLE to reach, management treats employees poorly. They are the worst company to work for. Mentally abusive, doesn’t train employees or TL’s right. There’s a reason why they’re ALWAYS urgently hiring. They will do EVERYTHING to not pay you. They will hire hundreds of people at once, fire you without notice and not pay you EI.

i even don’t want to give 1 star, worst place to work at . They will put so much mental pressure on you , if they’re doing this to you just resign. They will put you in different TL group , then they will humiliate you , until you left their company. They will not get better ever. Not recommended at any cost

If you value mental health, stay away. Your employment status is dependant on 15-20 grade parameters. If only one of these reflects as out-of-line, you're on the chopping block and might be fired. HR is none existent.

Worst company i have ever seen. They don’t take care of their employees never tries to under their situation. They just need them to meet requirements otherwise you are fired. Their Team Leads never give coaching to their team on how to improve their scores. Just give a warning every time. This company is only for part time please friends don’t waste time in joining full time.

I would highly NOT recommend this company if u are looking for a job.. they don't care about their employees and they push everyone to the point of mental break down and forcing u to either quit or going on a LOA. Theere is lack of communication and management doesn't care about their agents. They are more worry about numbers and don't care about the well being of their agents. Trying to contact any TL is freaking impossible and that includes trying to contact HR but if u quit or put ur notice in they are quick on getting u out ...NOW please if you respond to this please don't give me a copy and paste answer about contacting hr or anything else. If I don't get a heart felt response that just shows that u don't care about anything only the company and yourself

Worked there back in the fall of 2020. Worst job I had. They don’t care about employees, they just care about numbers.

I sent in a resume, and scheduled an interview after they called me back. I had to book time off of my current job in order to make time for the interview. So the day before the interview, they call me to tell me they have cancelled my interview, due to being overbooked. ( what this means is that they'd prefer to have someone else for an interview and overbooked me)All this demonstrates is that this company is not professional, or capable of managing time and priorities, and wouldn't bat an eye before selling out an employee to make a dollar or a deadline. I have withdrawn my application and would not recommend that anyone else apply here.

A racist company. Not recommended if you want to work here or even start an interview with them. The Recruiting Team sent an email with an incorrect name, which extremely disrespectful and also disclosed other candidates’ name to strangers. They called me for an interview and said they cannot hire international students because international students can only get their work permit after graduation. I am a part time international student, however, I have a VAILD WORK PERMIT and they still not allow me to work. They rejected me, based on my nationality and status in Canada when I can legally work full time in Canada. RACIST.
