I ordered chicken quesadillas,chicken taco and mexi fries. Everything was cold. The fries were so soggy,it appeared to be like they had been sitting out for a while and they just microwave it and gave it to me. The other things were just decent enough to be eaten before they get soggy as well. Didn’t think I would be disappointed by such basic dishes.

TacoTime has decent fast food but what put this location above others was the drive thru person who noticed me and my girlfriend had ordered two burritos and one large mexi fries and asked if we wanted two forks with it. Which is exactly what we wanted to do was share the mexi fries. Sure it's something small but in a world were customer service is lacking this was a welcome going beyond the usual and anticipating the needs of the customer to do something extra. Thank you for doing that.

The food is always high quality, especially for a fast food restaurant. The staff are friendly. Quesadillas always come fresh, the last one I ordered was LOADED!!

It was the first time getting food from them , but “the quesadilla “ had nothing to do with a quesadilla . No guac , the portions were small and they didn't taste good . Wont be getting food from them anymore .

I ordered the large deluxe mexifries and they gave me the same amount as a regular in a bigger box. There was literally a gap in the box! I asked for utensils when I ordered but they still missed it.

There is a lovely lady that works the drive thru everyday; she is always smiling and always has a wonderful attitude. Amazing customer service every time we visit! Give this lady a raise!!!!

I love popping into Taco Time every time I'm in Regina because we don't have it out in Ontario. The burrito and crispy fries did not disappoint! My wife had the bean burrito bowl and she loved it as well.

So so happy your staff was able to make the Natural Soft Super Taco from the old menu. Newer name (Natural Super Burrito) but the same great taste I remember from 20 years ago. And even though your staff member made a mistake in over charging me for the free deluxe mexi-fries upgrade from the Summer Blast coupon book, they made it right anyway. No harm, no foul.One small minor complaint: the men's washroom is missing a coat hook to hang your jacket on. Hope you can fix this for the future.Not my first time at this location and it won't be my last! (2022/Oct/08)
