Very good Canadian VOIP phone service for home. Worked out of box. It has been working for the last one and a half year or so. I think I called technical support once only during activation. Great service. Very affordable prices.

Before I signed up I saw a post that said if I could give fongo home 6 stars I would and I agree fully. Had one issue where I opened a ticket and they were already aware and working on it. It's been 3 months so far and I'm thrilled. The quality is amazing. I suspect a good internet service is critical also. I have recommended Fongo home to multiple friends. For the difference in price the value is more than there. If you have good cell coverage then this makes A GREAT HOME phone system that gives you your home phone system back for a fraction of the cost I was paying. Thank-you Fongo home.

We've been using Fongo for our home phone for a 6 maybe years now. We've had zero problems. It's been just as reliable as our previous provider. The difference is the price.

I switched to Fongo many years already. Initial setup is easy and hardly has problem. I used pay and free long distance calls and always worked good. Occasionally, phone will hung up by itself during call but not often, I am not sure it is because of my Internet connection or what, anyway, dial again and works again. Happy that I saved hundreds dollars in these years. Good and reliable services.

Plugged it in, it worked immediately. I notice zero difference from the Telus line, other than the lower cost. Oh, and hopefully fewer annoying buy more services" calls from Telus. That alone is worth it!"

I found it a great way to have a home phone. There are some disconnecting problem during the calls, else I would give 5 out 5 stars.Update: after using it for over 3 months, we are highly satisfied. We never had any spam or rob calls during this period. Disconnection is very rarely in domestic call. I never had to contact customer care so far.
