Gibson's Tv/Abl Electronics

Was Referred to Gibson's Tv/Abl Electronics from Marantz! That speaks volumes in itself but who'd know how amazing this shop and all of it's team members actually are? They repaired my receiver in a timly fashion and when I got it back in place, it sounded better than it did before and they made the unit look brand new again. Greg, Mike and Deshawn are all very professional and this will be my go to place in the future if I have anything that may need repair!! Thanks to the team for taking care of the issue . You all FLAT OUT ROCK!!!!

Warranty basically was about to expire and they made up every excuse to not fix my tv. When they came out they told us one thing. Today was a different answer. I will never deal with them again sorry but not sorry

I called in September and they told me they’d fix my turntable under warranty. So I sent it to them. I called a few times for updates. They always said they’d call back in a day but they never called once with an update. Finally in February I called for an update and they said they can’t fix my turntable under warranty and he “was going to call me today“. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever had. I’ve never even given a bad review online but had to make an exception for them.

I can not speak for there quality in repair but how they do service. They would not let me talk to a technician and wanted me to blindly leave my reciever for a non refundable $80 fee. I know what needs to be replaced and just want to know a honest idea what the repair would cost if it is what I believe it to be. I dont want to give them $80 if the repair goes beyond the recievers value price. They just want there $80 no matter what. Dissapointed.

I'm giving them 5 stars because. I believe they went up and above normal customer service. I believe it was Carrie who picked up my TV. From my house on her way home from work. They fixed it and returned it within 24 hours. My tv was only gone for one day!

I've always had great service from Gibsons for TV repairs. If they are swamped they will even tell you how to fix something over the phone.

Tim, our repair man, was great! He arrived within the time frame that was set up. He was knowledgeable about our LG TV and he was able to fix our TV after two previous failed attempts from another company. I highly recommend them for your TV repair needs.

Terrible place with extremely terrible customer service. I have a LG fridge still under warranty, LG dispatched this company to come out to my home. The repair person Jerry damaged my freezer rack and almost installed the wrong parts onto my fridge. I spoke with Kerry to complain and she refused to listen to me and my concerns and called me a liar basically. If Jerry came with a door gasket and was going to install that, why wasn’t this replaced on my fridge than??? This person told me he was coming back to install the parts LG sent to my home, Kerry refused to listen to me and kept telling me no, i was here with a Jerry, NOT YOU KERRY. Also if I needed a new door gasket, Why did Jerry leave with that part than???? Something isn’t right, and this is a terrible company. Be aware.UPDATE: I’ve spoken with the president of the company and he is going to replace what Jerry has broken on my refrigerator.

I am leaving this bad review before i have even received service. That may sound wrong, but at this point the service has been so awful that even if they fix my fridge next week and do a good job it still won't make up for the awful service so far. I have an LG fridge with an error code and Gibson is where the warranty company sent me. We called called Gibson on aug 2nd, they could not get someone to us until aug 10th. 8 days with no fridge. Only for the repair man, Jerry, to get there and refuse to inspect the fridge because the code was not currently on the display. We knew the code by heart(CF E) and we told him the code, hell we've been looking at it for almost 2 weeks. He said it had to be on the screen for him to do anything, even though the fridge was clearly not working. I said it's not a check engine light,does it need to be on for you to find the problem? He clearly just did not feel like working on it. He said to text him that day if the code came back on and he would come back out. I knew that was a lie when he said it, and he never came back out. The next day i called him from a different number, he answered and I demanded service. I texted him a pic of the fridge with the code on it AGAIN and he googled the parts and ordered them right there on the phone. No inspection, no nothing. The same code we gave him the day before, just in picture form. Also, if all we needed was a code to order parts, we could have given them the dang code on Aug 2 when we originally called, since apparently an inspection is not needed. Absolutely terrible service so far and when he fixes it next week (if he fixes it) i will be letting him know this service sucks.

They took good care of me and my gear.As a certified marantz service center, they were able to get my sr6015 surround receiver, with a blown center channel, up and running and back to me in record time - which was a relief being the heart of my entertainment system. They were also able to repair my 90's Aragon two channel amp that was involved in the same mishap. I then took two of my most cherished vintage amps in and was not disappointed with the results. They both function like new, now. Great work at a fair price.Thanks
