My sister and I go here often. We continue to return because of the great food and wonderful service. The poutine is amazing and the salad is fantastic as well.The manager is absolutely wonderful. He always greets everyone with a big smile and a hello. We always feel welcome and like he is happy to see us.Customer service these days can often be just OK. Not here, the customer service is definitely the 5 stars and beyond.All the staff are simply wonderful, not a bad experience yet.Thank you for the wonderful experience we get every time we go in.

First time at Boardwalk Burgers. We enjoyed the burgers and the poutine. The onion rings were tasty but there weren't very many served as a side. The chocolate milkshake was quite thick and had a lot of flavour.

We got chilli sauce and beef bacon ranch fries. The taste was quite bland. Found hair on one of the burger buns. This set the mood off a lot. Asked for some hot sauce but was told to pay for it despite the hair in the burger. Some free hot sauce could have been the minimum courtesy. So definitely room for improvement for customer service.

Had their original burger with fries and gravy. Their secret burger sauce is amazing. Burger tasted great! I'm hoping to come back again soon to check out all the options they have for their fries. They got poutine, chili cheese fries, and more!

The best part about the place is the staff working there. Friendly and honest. The delicious food was a bonus and there are many options, including a Beyond or veggie patty. Can’t wait to try all of the shake flavors.

I had a burger combo yesterday and I was impressed enough to write a review. The burger was filling and the patty had a great taste and was juicy. The french fries were hot right out of the deep fry and I need to let them cool. The restaurant was clean and all the seating was in good repair. The washroom is accessible, though I don't remember if the front door is as well. The staff were polite and generous to the many 'skip the dish' drivers picking up orders. I am allergic to dairy, but the specialty french fries and milkshakes were tempting. It is probably going to be a popular spot this summer.

My first time coming to this location in Saskatoon. The restaurant was almost empty other than a few people. We were a group of ten and were met with a friendly staff member who was ready to take our order. As we were taking a lot of time to organize and decide, she remained patient. Once we all ordered and sat down to wait, we only had to sit for maybe ten minutes at most before the food was ready. We all had different burgers and from I can tell we all got what we ordered with no mistakes. I had the burger with Beef Bacon and BBQ sauce and it was just simply amazing in taste. The fries were also great which came with the combo. We also had poutine - the standard one. I can say that their gravy was amazing, thick and rich and full of flavor with sufficient amounts of cheese spaced out. Some of the guys ended up with milkshakes which were also very tasty and worth it. I would recommend this place for their service, value for your money, food quality, quantity, cleanliness and over all friendly atmosphere with the staff.

Check this place out!! Our first visit left a great impression, and we will be back! Staff was so polite and inviting. Burgers were good but the buns, the way they were toasted made them so great! Skin-on fries are my favorite, and the onion rings were better than most fast food restaurants. And don't get me started on the milkshakes!! The only thing we didn't see was an add-a-patty" or 'double burger' option for the burgers

This place is phenomenal! I had the black cherry shake, my fiancee had the mocha cappuccino and the shakes are perfectly flavoured, the consistency was smooth and they didn't make them overly sweet. I adore the shakes alone!The burgers? I had the Bbq Bacon Burger and oh my lanta, I usually can't finish my food but I was done my burger before my fiancee. I'm 6'0 so I don't eat giant burgers (these were more than adequately sized) & my fiancee is 6'7" so he can eat all day and still be hungry
