This is an absolute must for any age group if you live or happen to be in the Shuswap. Lucas is an extremely gifted instructor that allows you to progress at your own pace in a family oriented environment.

Family-friendly martial arts company! Instructor Lucas is great with the kids and I highly recommend their studio to anyone wanting to try out martial arts.
