Michael absolutely saved the day! I had ordered a dress last minute from dynamite and it was such an odd fit. I thought it would just be taking in the bust but Michael went above and beyond to make sure the bust and shoulders fit perfectly so that the front would lay flat. Not only did he do a great job; the phones were promptly answered when I called, he did this work in less than 48 hours and did not charge an arm and leg! It was very reasonable for the work he did. A million thankyous! I now know who to turn to for any alterations!

At the end of 2022, Fontaine’s took care of our custom wedding suit alterations to make our day perfect. The customer service is beyond amazing. There are no words to describe how much we loved our experience here. Michael went so far beyond what we asked for, with custom ties and perfectly fitted shirts, jackets and pants. Thank you so much!

Michael and his staff are unlike anybody I’ve met in the Niagara Region. Highly personable, super witty and we felt like we got the highest quality service for a very reasonable price. We just recently stopped by again and we were met with the same warmth and expertise. I would highly recommend you consider them for any of your tailoring needs!

While looking for a good tailoring service to fix my suit jacket and pants, I came to know about Fontaine's Tailor Shoppe in Welland, ON. I must say that Michael did a fantastic job fixing my suit. Thereafter, I asked to fix my casual jackets. Once again, he did a remarkable job. I find him to be a good, skilled and a courteous person. Also, he is not overly expensive. Welland is a bit far from where I live, however I find dealing with Michael has been worthwhile. I would highly recommend him for any job.

Phenomenal customer service! My daughter needed strap alterations on her grad dress and Michael took us immediately. Their business goes above and beyond for their customers. Staff and owner are very welcoming and professional. I won’t go anywhere else now!
