Online ordering is picked up from a lovely locker!That is out of service.I had to get 5 people in 20 mins to unlock" the locker.These lockers are unacceptable and NOT customer friendly. Or representative of customer service"

The hunting/ammunition section in the Quesnel store is pathetic. The shelves in the ammunition display case are almost bare and the staff isn't very knowledgeable. I understood when they used the 'covid' excuse but I've been to 4 other CT stores in the last few months that are fully stocked.

I bought a touch up pen from here and paid $32 for it. The same thing across the street at lordco is for $15.50 before taxes and the honda dealership has it for $15 before taxes. Not impressed and also to add to this the cashier wasn't very friendly, hence 3 stars.

I had a really good experience at the auto service department today. The news about my car was bad but the people there were very kind and helpful, specifically Mike who went out of his way to give me a hand on a very bad day. Good people.
