I made a request online through Bark for wedding dress alterations and received a call from someone who works for this company. (Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name.) I told this person that I had ordered my wedding dress and was hoping to get some advice on the best way to proceed with alterations, if the dress needed any. The woman who called me (presumably to get my business) proceeded to judge and try to shame me for ordering my dress from China. Then tried to scare me by saying if I got my dress at all, it probably wouldn't be good anyway, but she might be able to fix it. She warned that I should book an appointment with her shop right away because it was first come, first served for appointments. I told her that I didn't want to book an appointment because I didn't have my dress at that time. I was given a date range of when my dress would be delivered and didn't want to take a spot in case my dress came later. Whenever I was responding to her questions, she would speak over me the entire time, usually saying negative things to make me worry or feel like a burden to her. Again, she called to solicit my business. I didn't call her.Some direct quotes from this person were, You ordered your dress from China? It's only the most important thing for the wedding
