Grande Prairie Golf & Country Club

A group of 4 of us went to play 18. Course was great and well maintained. How ever, on hole 11 our cart ended up dying/ going at a pace slower than walking when ever it worked. One of us had to literally push it going up the small hills on the cart path. We called the clubhouse twice to try and get a new one but unfortunately nobody answered. I get it, could be busy. But this really did take away from our golfing experience for the back 9. I made sure to bring it to the clubhouses attention but was not offered reimbursement for even the cart fee. Disappointing.

Played in company scramble. Everything seamed fine Course was in good shape.

Beauty course, nice layout, reasonably priced. If you book online you can see all the available tee times.

We had our Wedding at the GP Golf and Country Club. I stopped by about 8 months before the wedding, without any appointment and Scott W sat down with me and talked me through how they did weddings there. I was sold right away on all the things he promised - and boy did he deliver!! The venue was gorgeous, the deck was a great place for the ceremony. Scott drove us around in golf carts for our photo's - so much fun! The guests sat on the deck and had drinks and snacks after the ceremony. Then our dinner was AWESOME. Service was fast and friendly.I cannot rate this place, or Scott, highly enough - our whole day was perfect, and the guests rated it highly as well.

It's in great shape this year. Overpriced for a weekday morning and a lovely grounds worker sat(not working) beside our green with the industrial blower running greenside for 11 minutes watching us chip and putt. Otherwise would've been 5 stars.

The course itself is less maintained than the dunes. Not a bad design, but the people working there are hillbillies, not much working upstairs. If you can get past that you might consider playing there, but the dunes is better value for your money.

Had a great time overall. Course is in great shape and the greens are spot on.

course was good. Only one issue with a worker that was cutting the grass came pretty close to me on hole 16 didn't idle and kept being ignorant with the machine

It would get 5 stars from me if the ramp going up into the clubhouse wasn't so steep. Other then that great atmosphere great service.

I love the golf club because it's close to our home and they have lots of programs for kids but they are the most disorganized business I've experienced in a while. The kicker is that our friends who have used it for years said they've always been this way. We registered for the wee linkers and their communication is horrible. They only communicate (too late) through Facebook which is useless (im not on FB and not everyone is). I had to call to get myself on email list so I can get updates. I called the week prior to the long weekend to see if lessons were still on and they said yes. Only to get there for a 9am Sunday lesson to find out it's cancelled. They need to get their stuff together because it's not worth it
