The layout is very organized.But the prices overall are not as competative as Price Smarts & Superstores.IGA had this location beeforehand.

I swear when I came last week it was priced differently. I figured being the new store they’d have specials but no. None that interested me if I saw any, which I didn’t. I just kept gasping at the prices . Did items jump in price from the week before at the other Save Ons? I didn’t buy anything. I just kept having negative vibes and said to myself. Yeah, I’m gonna start supporting the small guys. The local grocers and at least they’re on par with pricing if not even better. The world is changing and I know big pharma and big groceries will win but while I’m around. I’ll just keep shopping around for what I think is fair.

I recently visited SOF and I was very disappointed and concerned about the management system of this store. Around 7 PM, the store was busy but there were only 2 cashiers who were handling everything. At night, there should be more cashiers available in the store.

Cleanest location in Richmond.Wonderful place to be treated with respect for the all Chinese community.Great customer service team and management respects customers.Wish the other one at Ironwood Plaza would have the high standards as this location has. But that store is to close soon from all the problems with it.

Your Rotisserie chicken is WAY too salty. Its inedible. That salt is cooked right in. Don't salt the chicken. People have their own salt. For $12.99. Even the dog wouldn't touch it. I threw it away.

Place is bright and clean as usual!Definitely feel like staff need more training completed. Asked questions about products at the skewer and cake section, neither staff has answers to them.

This lady in hot pink (don’t even know if store employee) accused me and my friend of shoplifting! I really don’t want to assume this as a racist encounter, but she never looked at white ppls way, only me and my friend (Asian). Firstly, why on earth would I shoplift??? I don’t think I look that homeless, because she asked me if I had a family. I was very offended by this statement… could it also have been racist????? Very disappointed, will not come again.

Garden City location officially opened. While no liquors/bulk aisles sections installed (see Sof Ironwood branch), plenty of food &beverages varieties in stock. Small seating area installed next to lottery booth section.

this lady in hot pink who I didn’t even think worked there accused us of shoplifting. Honestly I was really hurt and this isn’t the first time!!! If you want to get better things go to shoppers!!!! I was very disappointed and am not going to go back…
