Sherwin-Williams Paint Store

I recently ordered paint for an entire home and the assistance from the sales staff (Cameron) was outstanding. Due to Covid, certain paints were unavailable so i was given the next higher level of product for the lower price - an excellent service that will keep me as a SW customer.

Did such an excellent job colour matching our RED oak stairs to our light floors, didn’t think this outcome was possible! We're so happy with the results!

I had the great pleasure to have Tarik Idrizovic helping me with my many questions. He was very knowledgeable and really friendly. I will definitely be bringing all my business to Sherwin and Tarik.

Everyone at this location, from the manager Danielle, to each staff member, are all AMAZING! They are knowledgeable, friendly and so helpful. I feel so comfortable shopping here and I know when I go, I am making the right paint decisions. I have been buying paint here for the last two years, throughout my whole house renovation. The quality of paint is great and the colours are beautiful. I don't think I could buy paint anywhere else!.

I can’t say enough good things about this Sherwin Williams. I was restaining my stairs and was trying to get a custom stain to match my floors. Matthew, London and Cameron were exceptional. Their customer service is incredible and their knowledge about paint and stain just made the process so easy. They helped me tweek the stain until it was perfect. I cannot say enough good things about these 3 employees. They truly cares about their customers and their work. I’ve been to different locations as well as MANY hardware stores and I can honestly say this is the best customer service I have ever received. I HIGHLY recommend that Sherwin Williams promote these employees to a management position. Employees like this are a rare find! Thank you for all of your help!

I recently purchased two gallons of paint from this establishment and they were off color from the sample that I was hoping that could be matched. I called to address the issue and the manager Danielle was totally understanding and advised me to bring back the paint and that they would be replace with no issue. Danielle was totally professional and dealt with the issue no questions. Great place to purchase paint and the management was understanding and professional.

Very helpful when it come to paint selection. The staff made a point of understanding my challenge (to cover up hideous blue ceiling) and condition of walls etc.I found the staff on the phone (both times) were patient, very informative and took time to share some tips. I never felt rushed or that I was just a number. Very personable and friendly customer relations. Thumbs up!

As a DIYer, I went into this location to purchase some paint and primer to finish a coffee bar I was working on for my kitchen. Wow! The young guy that was closing on Thursday night was so helpful. He knew so much about the type of paint I'd require to achieve the look I was after. I brought in tiles to match up and he took the time to suggest paint colours with specific undertones to bring out the colour in the tiles. I've always just gone to CT for paint and play the guessing game with no help lol. In the future I will going here to purchase paint. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable.
