I am absolutely thrilled to write about my exceptional experiences with 8West through this review. Dr. Buonassisi and his team prioritize professionalism and exceptional patient care above all else. Whether I was undergoing a minor topical procedure or an invasive surgical treatment, they were there to provide unwavering support, care, and encouragement every step of the way. Dr . Buonassisi did my face and neck lift . In my late fifties, I felt my face was very saggy around my jowels and I had a lot of loose skin on my neck. I had wanted to have a face lift for about 5 years but I felt I didn’t have the time and I didn’t have confidence in any of the doctors I had researched. Then I found Dr.Buonassisi .There are many you-tube videos on his work and so it’s easy to get information.He has experience in doing face lifts and this was very important to me. He explained what I needed to have done and answered my questions . Yes, this surgeon listens and he answers your questions! He is personable and relaxed so he makes YOU feel relaxed. He is also honest about what he can achieve. On the day of surgery, naturally I was nervous, and he spoke to me before and after the procedure. This was a great help.In follow up Dr. Buonassisi makes himself available. On two occasions I didn’t expect to see him but he checked in anyway . He answered , in detail , other questions I had about other procedures , Botox and Halo laser and never made me feel rushed .Dr. Buonassisi also has a great support team . The nursing and admin staff at 8 West are knowledgeable , friendly and helpful. Caroline Mica and Megan were always available for questions. They provided meticulous aftercare and support.Another plus , 8 West has a full suite of services so that you can confidently have other procedures done without searching for another clinic.As for the results , I am extremely satisfied. It’s about 18 months since I had my face lift and I feel/look fantastic . My face has been lifted , the sag and lines are gone and I have no saggy skin on my neck ! I look ten years younger.If you are considering a face lift I strongly recommend Dr. Buonassisi .

I did my buccal fat removal here last year. Dr Buonassisi was a very kind and knowledgeable doctor. Pretty happy with the result. Other than that, their customer service team as well as the nurse team are very nice too.

Lisa is the best! She is so kind and knowledgeable and she is always honest. She’s very informative with what she recommends and she’ll never let you take it too far— something I find more and more rare these days. I believe that she genuinely cares about your journey and results and I highly recommend her to anyone new or experienced in these treatments.Josh is also a great medical assistant, he will greet you and set you up with whatever is needed, making sure you’re prepared for the procedure. The whole team is very professional and welcoming.

lisa is amazing! she always listens to my concerns and talks me through the procedure, i’ve been here about 4-5 times now & everytime i’ve had amazing results. she has given me discounts on procedures out of kindness & always tells me exactly how long to wait before booking another appointment so i don’t get migration (lip fillers), while a lot of injectors will withhold that info so you come back & spend more money sooner, she truly wants the best results for me & has been amazing with suggestions & information. as well as it being a fully painless procedure from distraction techniques to good numbing cream, i felt little to no pain & it was over quickly and easily every time! thank you lisa!

My entire experience and rhinoplasty experience with Dr. Buonassissi exceeded my expectations! The MOXI treatment is incredible. I will definitely be coming back here for my next few treatments. The free take home care products last as long as the recovery so there is not much stress involved post treatment. Your skin feels dry and you need to stay out of the sun but that’s basically it. Here you can see my skin is starting to scab in the areas that were hyper pigmented and right now my skin is the best it’s ever looked and I’ve spent a lot of time in the sun without sunscreen. I’ve gotten so many compliments and I’m so happy definitely worth the money - I barely wear make up now. I’ve never had a facial treatment before so I was nervous but the process was very quick and completely painless. Tracy did my treatment - shes is very knowledgable and will guide you through what she’s doing well she’s doing it, which I really appreciated. Recovery time was only 5 days I had my treatment on a Wednesday and went to a baby shower on a Sunday. I highly recommend!
