One of the worst place to ever visit. Charges $60 to diagnose your tv knowing fully they have no requisite knowledge to address the problem with your TV. They look more like exploited.

Useless. Had a warranty repair so I had to use this place. They told me they would call and let me know if my tv would be repaired or money refunded. They didn't call. A week later I called and the claim was accepted so he would repair the tv. A month went by, no phone calls or fixed tv. I called them. No answer. No call back. I dropped in the store. Didn't remember me at all and had to look up my case in a stack of repair forms. Said the parts weren't in yet. One month later, still no phone call or tv. I called Costco warranty to complain and two days later they agreed to refund me since obviously this guy couldn't fix it in over 2 months. Terrible experience.

Do not deal with him got extended warranty on my TV from Costco he contacted me February 15th to send him pictures of my TV problem today is March 16th many phone calls later not a single call back .

Absolutely useless customer service....go elsewhere.Not even worth 1 star

Mr. Pasini was very professional in dealing with my Costco warranty for my Samsung television. He picked it up at my home and returned it the next day with the problem resolved. It did take about five weeks from when he visited my home to do the estimate and obtain the part. I was satisfied with his work.

Horrible experience!! When my tv was under warranty, this is who RCA told me to bring my tv to. Had no issues the first time. My tv broke again and I brought it back to him. He has had my tv since Dec 2018 and insists he can't find the part he needs to fix it and refuses to give my deposit back if I take my broken tv back. So either I lose out money and get a broken tv or it seems like it's staying there indefinitely because he has no desire to repair it. I've called him several times and went in and spoke with him and asked for my deposit and tv back and he refuses to give me my money back for doing absolutely nothing to fix my tv. Very very very upset!! He was rude when speaking to me and keeps giving me the run around and still hasn't fixed my tv.

Very disappointed. He initially did a house call to assess problem which cost $60. Then showed up a month later with the wrong part. Have contacted him 3 times since then and he says he is waiting for the part and he’ll call back but doesn’t. Don’t waste your time.

Horrible company myTv has been broken for about 9 months and this clown is the only one allowed to work on it would not recommend to myWorst enemy

Has to be the rudest business owner I've ever spoken to: Stay away from this bully.
