EM Timeless Surfaces Inc. (Granite & quartz)

Made contact with EM via their website, Jack replied to my inquiry within minutes provided a ballpark quote based on my vanity size and the countertop I had liked on their website. Within days I was in the showroom picking my choice of granite and once again within days Jack came and installed the countertop. Install was smooth and fast. Jack is very attentive and very easy to work with and best of all we are thrilled with the granite and our experience with Em Timeless. Highly recommend and will definitely use them for our upcoming bathroom renos.

I called EM because a friend told me that they are great and will come to your home. Much more than great. Their inventory was PERFECT for my challenging colour scheme. More than that, Melvin and his installation team are friendly and professional, thorough and detailed - and they also have a sense of humour! And Edith has provided the best feedback and customer service, keeping me informed and happy. My counter, sink and faucet really are gorgeous! I would recommend them to everyone!

Jack was very accommodating and always courteous when my wife and I were planning to get a quartz countertop in our kitchen. It was just installed last night and it looks awesome! The team that came in was also really nice too. They made sure that everything was installed perfectly before leaving and cleaned up before leaving. Bonus - Great price.
