We can't say enough good things about Furry Friends and Co.! Everyone on the team is extremely friendly, kind and trustworthy. They give our puppy, Parker, as much love and attention as we do... he is absolutely thrilled when they arrive to pick him up for a walk. The gentle yet consistent training has really made a difference. We are also confident leaving Parker in their care for multiple nights knowing that he is in good hands and being very well looked after. Furry Friends offer a fantastic service. They’re professional, reliable and highly knowledgable. The owner Jenn was accommodating and patient with finding the most suitable walker for our very cautious and skittish dog. Our dog quickly warmed up to Neil (which was a first) and now adores him. Love these guys!! They've been our dog walkers for a year now and I can't say enough good things about them :) Our dog is a Frenchie and requires some 'special' treatment. They totally accommodate all his needs and make sure he's well looked after. Our dog has an amazing time on all his walks and best of all, Furry Friends sends you pictures, videos and updates about their adventures on Facebook and via their custom Pet Portal. The team is top notch and we know that they look after our guy like he's one of their own.....these guys are the best!!

Furry Friends is a great dog walking service. Both my dogs love going for walks with Alisha. One of them was even afraid of going on the group walks at the start, but the team there made him feel comfortable. They frequently send pictures from the adventures and have online scheduling so you can easily add/remove walks as needed. Great service!

Twenty-One years of awesome service. A wonderful team of dog people.

We used dog walking service from Furry Friends from June 2022. We were happy with their service and they also boarded our dog for 2 nights in August. We felt lucky that we could finally find a local business who seemingly cares truly about our dog. On the day of his last walk, the walker took him outside without his leash!!! He ran out of excitement and got into a car accident. He had a wound on his leg bone and had to be in the cone for two weeks for the wound to be healed. When the incident happened the walker called us right away to say what has happened as well as messaging us 2 or 3 times afterward. We liked his walker however the way that the management handled the situation came as a shock to us. We decided not to continue with them because on no circumstance it is acceptable to take a 1.5 year old Golden Retriever out without a leash. When we emailed them that we wanted to cancel our service and we would appreciated if they would follow up on my dog’s condition this is what they replied: “We’re sorry you feel that way. There was no reason for us to follow up as Nesta was unhurt. We are not responsible for training or resolving behaviour issues.” It is just so disappointing to receive such an unprofessional selfish email after what we have been through and what my dog experienced. He does not have any behavioural issue. He is just a happy and excited Golden Retriever puppy!
